While I was renovating my home I stored some furniture at the istorage on key st.
When I returned to pick up my things their was obvious water damage to my furniture, management stated to me that they could see rust spots on the ceiling but that not what she told the insurance company, so they refused to cover my claim , that insurance is worthless.
