If I'm getting a return and I request an advance on money I and you know I'm getting why am I being denied the advance? I'm not the only one that experienced this an we feel that we are being mislead with the advance . I might not use this service again because it's very misleading on thes advances.

Ms. Gwendolyn was extremely helpful and a joy to be around She made sure my first experience with Jackson Hewitt was enjoyable and handled with precision. I said it to her and I’ll say it again I will come back every year to do my taxes. She definitely made it rain??

Jackson Hewitt did great. Gwendolyn took care of me and was she was great. She helped me out a lot. This is my first time filing through with Jackson Hewitt and I highly recommend coming to see them and make sure you ask for Gwendolyn!
