So I had a 3:00 appointment at this location. It’s the first day of early filing for a refund advance loan. I came in knowing it would be busy and I was in for a wait. What I didn’t know is that all the other locations remained closed today and all other customers were funneled here. What is even crazier is that there is only one employee working! I’ve been a longtime Jackson Hewitt client and have never experienced anything like this. I’ve been here for 3 hours now and still have 5 people ahead of me. This is horrible customer service!Get it together, Jackson Hewitt!!!

Fast service but a little too fast. They never told me the mount it was to file taxes with them. They took about 500 from me. When I could have gone and should have gone to TurboTax like I had in the past. The only reason I did was I needed an advance but I guess that's why it was 500 extra. But I will NEVER use them again. I'll do my own taxes next year!

My parents had a horrible experience, the company prepared their taxes and never mailed them off. Charged for the service. Months later, they continue to say it was sent off and to continue to wait on a return. Now, they have to pay penalties and interest to the IRS.

The tax specialists was very professional and staff was friendly but tax preparation has to be more than just that look we all are looking for the most on our return and I don't believe they do their best to ask all the right questions and look for everything that can be a credit to their customers after this year we will be seeking another tax preparation business for now on the prices are quite high also so I would rather see an accountant for a better outcome I'm sure they will find some ways to put money back into our pockebooks.

I've used Jackson Hewitt for several years. Julius and Bernice are truly amazing. I'd follow them anywhere. They always go out of their way to help me and look out for my best interest. It's rare these days to find such great service. I can't say enough good things about them. I'd recommend to anyone and have.

I have had a positive experience with Jackson Hewitt. I have been going to them for about 5 years and it's been very good sitting down talking with a customer service representative. I love this place and I will continue to give them my business.

Having recently moved, I decided to use them instead of driving an hour to the CPA I normally use. Big mistake. I knew I was going to likely owe taxes, and I also figured they'd be a little more expensive than what I have paid to have my taxes done in the past. What I did not expect was just how much more expensive. I already owe over 1000 bucks to the IRS, but to add insult to injury, I had to pay them $400 bucks for a pretty basic tax return. No itemizations or anything. As a single mother, and with the cost of living skyrocketing, this is certainly going to cause me financial strain. I WILL NEVER, EVER use them again. I will gladly drive the hour to my usual guy. I was told it was more expensive because I owe. So, if you feel like you may owe taxes, RUN away from this place because you're about to get screwed even worse. I will say that everyone I had contact with was very professional and friendly. If I was basing this review on that alone, it would be 5 stars because the people there were absolutely awesome.

The tax return me and my wife were both stressing for months , Raven just fixed it so smoothly in a matter of minutes. Amazing experience and for anyone who is having a hard time doing taxes I would say she is the one you should go to. She did her best to give us the best service . Thank you so much❤️

I have filed with Jackson Hewitt for a few years now and I will be honest, the service and dedication I received from Raven at this office was hands down the best and most efficient experience I have had since the beginning. She made this process so seem less and quick, I am very appreciative for her and all the staff at this office!

ckson hewitt stole $650 from me when I did my taxes this year. I'm a single mother of 2 and a waitress the lady that did my taxes at the northside drive office didnt even tell me the total before she sent it .
