My husband has been with this company for many years. They tried to make him liable for a claim he was in no way liable for because both parties were insured by statefarm. A guy name Christopher told me to chill as I attempted to give my husband advice. The entire claim process was horrible. They have multiple agents handling claims who appear to lack knowledge and good judgment. I recommend Geico. Geico is professional and handle their claims in a fair consistent manner.This is for the call center experience not the agent particularly
