We ran in yesterday (9/19/24) to grab some shoes for my little one and husband. We were assisted by Rachel who was professional and friendly! She not only grabbed what we asked for but also brought out additional styles that she thought we may want to try and she was spot on! Which resulted in us purchasing more than we initially planned but we loved the recommendation for the slip on Vans for our little one! Superb service, which I find lacking in the retail world these days!

Sales people were incredibly rude and then tried to charge me adult price on kid size shoe and refused to correct it. Would not recommend. These people are literally why so many buy online and not locally.

bought my son his first 3 pairs of shoes for winning his championship football game . Aaliyah helped him picked out every shoe ( he’s not very good as fashion ) haha . But she stayed with him for over 20 minutes to make sure he was happy with his shoes . (He’s a tad insecure ). Watching was great because it gave me a break and it let someone more of his age help him out . All together literally the best experience at a store since Covid . I usually don’t do reviews and the picture won’t upload for some reason !! But I loved it !!!

Called about product inventory. Staff was very nice and helpful. After arriving at store staff was even nicer and couldn't be more helpful and prompt. Highly recommend this store since I was a first time shopper which quickly turned into a repeat customer when needed.
