Called Kroger Pharmacy on Presidential Pkwy at 10:21 am on 2-2-24 for three prescriptions to be filled that were sent over on 2-3-24 wasn't advised that they close down for lunch called back at 1:54 pm to check status still not ready and would not give approximate time when they would be ready. I guess customer service is a thing of the past

There is one young man that works in this department that seems to have empathy, courtesy, and kindness. The other people are indifferent and do not appear to care about customers. I never get my medication on time. It takes a long time for them to fill prescriptions and the automatic system is inaccurate. Allow me to thank this pharmacy for extending my pain (I am sick and in pain). I wish they care about the people they serve. Sad.

Let me start out saying this review is mainly for the bakery department. I ordered a cake two week out from my birthday and when I arrived to pick up my cake (on my birthday)it wasn’t made. I spoke with the mgr on shift the day of, he offered me a cake from the freezer??♀️, sir if I wanted a cake from the freezer I wouldn’t went that route first, he then asked if I wanted a gift card (NO) I want the cake I placed an order for. Ok I informed him I would return the next day to speak with the baker to find out what happened since she said she made all the ordered cakes for the day and they was picked up. The mrg on shift said yes she will be in and I could also talk with the mgr that would be in. I arrive to the store next day (after my bday) to try to get an explanation on what happened only to talk with the current mgr and he really didn’t seem interested to be honest to even “MAKE IT RIGHT” I had to ask for a DISCOUNT! It seem to me the staff in that department are not held accountable. I could have been having a party for my bday and the cake was needed but I guess it didn’t matter. I will never order a cake from here it honestly make me not even want to shop there again all on the grounds of management did not do more.

If you have multiple prescription make sure they give you all of your medication this is the third time that I’ve only received Half of my prescriptions.

This is the worst pharmacy ever wait time is ridiculous.. I had a prescription called in on a Thursday was told they were 2 days behind meds should be ready on Saturday evening WOW!!!!WELL ITS NOW MONDAY!! THIS IS THE LAST TIME ILL GET MEDS FROM HERE..

This by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and the last time I will go here. The customer service is garbage and my prescription was not ready when they said it would be. I had to go back up there and stand at the counter for them to fill my prescriptions. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else where you can at least get treated decently.
