Worst customer service I've ever seen in a Kroger. You would think Kroger monitors the behavior of pharmacy employees. Pharmacy employees are rude and act as if it's a bother to help someone. Drive a few miles to zebulon rd to get better service.

Love Krogers in Macon on vineville and on Zebulon. Story on vineville seems smaller and more friendlier. Always stocked and helpful.

Customer service has gone down hill since Hal and Debbie left. I really have no complaints with the staff but wait time is ridiculous. Last week I waited 45 minutes on a prescription that was supposed to have been ready earlier in the afternoon. I was completely out and it wasn't something I could do without. There were several people working behind the counter but only one pharmacist. As usual, over worked and under paid I'm sure. I'm seriously considering moving my business to Publix and if it weren't for the gas points, I would have done it months ago. I'm weighing my options.

Hi! I’ve been getting my medications refilled here for 3 years now. I had a new girl ring me up today. I’m in the mist of moving and my last day in north Macon was today, I went to fill up my prescription to make my life easier through the transition, she denied me my meds bc it was two days before and not one day before. I have proof that I have my correct pills left over from last prescription on top my prescription history proving that I’ve gotten it refilled at this location two days prior before. I just wanted to get a quick refill before work this week. I works nights and they are closed when I am off and I like to sleep in in the day time. Anyways after denial I transferred my prescriptions to my new Kroger pharmacy on Hartley bridge road and they refilled it immediately. Felt completely judged bc of this, WONT be back.but shout out to Hartley bridge road Kroger for giving me peace of mind, I’ll be there tomorrow to get them!

The pharmacy service has gone downhill since Hal and Debbie left. However, today when I went in just after noon, I received outstanding service from the pharmacist and the tech on duty. I hate I did not get their names. I do know the pharmacist works all the time so I will see her again the tech is a fairly new employee. The kind of service I received today is the kind of service you look for in a pharmacy. Kudos to both of you.

I love this pharmacy. They r always pleasant and helpful . Faces have changed lately but I don't go at any regular time so schedules change I'm sure but they will answer any questions even unrelated to meds being picked up.

I have congestive heart failure and suffice it to say I've had thousands of prescriptions filled in my lifetime. Every SINGLE time I go to this pharmacy, there is a problem. Today was no different, out of like 7 meds they could only give me 2. Really?! Never ever ever using this joke of a pharmacy ever again.

Today at 11:20am 07/25)20 with my Mom to get a few groceries. So we get near the self pay cahiers.My mom put grocers at cashier.Then I see only two reem with no plastic bags,cause they come with four.and the two ww used may had only lest than half. Now this chick not doing her job with braid and fake eye lashes looking at her game. Unbelievable. Do your job. You bless to have a job an easy one. Hope she more bag in where they should go.

I have been doing the online shopping for several weeks now because of covid-19. Each time I came to pick up my order I was amazed at the fast service and how courteous all the employees were . Yesterday it as raining so 2 young ladies came out and loaded my groceries quickly. They were awesome! I will use this service even after covid-19!

I don't get mad very often, but today is the day. So I walk up to THE pharmacy window outside at KROGER ON FORSYTH RD. to pick up my prescription. Same one I get every month that's always less than $2. This little Asian guy tells me it will be $164.00. I said you need to check again, its always under $2. He said nope, its $164. He said my insurance company went up on it. So I come home, look it up on my website, and it says less than $2. Now I'm pissed. I called to double check and a nice lady said its less than $2. Now I've got to go back out, when we are quarantined in this mess, to get one prescription that some guy screwed up. The lady told me it was just miscommunication. I’ll make sure this goes public. He said he double checked.

Nice Kroger. Shelf's are very organized. Workers are mostly nice. They have lots of groceries, and a nice pharmacy. I recommend this Kroger

Not nearly as big as some of the other Krogers in the city but conveniently located in the Wesleyan station shopping center. It's always super busy and the parking lot is always super congested. They always seem understaffed here. I was going to get some pasta salad from the deli and no one was there to be found. The deli was definitely still open at the time and I even circled around a few times and still no one was there to assist.
