You call in to talk to the pharmacist. The phone rings and then they hang up on you…. This happened to us several times back to back

Horrible experience! I requested Rx to be filled online via the app and was given a date of Saturday (5/7/22). I never receive consistent text notifications as promised. I arrived on Saturday but was told the Rx would not be filled until Wednesday (5/11/22). Every month I experience this inconsistent communication between the app and the pharmacy location. I attempted to share my concern with the pharmacy manager (Daggar or Daggan) but was humiliated by her rude tone and unprofessional behavior. This was totally uncalled for and unwarranted. She remained behind the third-row counter, about 100 feet from where I stood at the consult/drop-off area. I informed her that I was hard of hearing, and offered to wait until she could come to the consult area to speak with me. However, she very rudely informed me that "she had to work" and that she "didn't have time to speak with me". She then pointed toward the other 3 customers in line and says: "I have listened to you speak for the 30 seconds you've stood there" and "I need to get back to my work". She did not want to give me her name when I inquired but said "I am the pharmacy manager and I will not be filling your Rx until Wednesday". After asking her name several times, she finally rushed it off to me. I asked to confirm the spelling and she abruptly spelled out what either sounded like "D-a-g-g-a-n" or "D-a-g-g-a-r". I left with no resolution. I reported the horrible store experience that day with Kroger customer service. At my up-coming Dr.'s appt., Tuesay (5/10/22), I decided I'd have my future Rxs sent to another pharmacy location instead to avoid having any other encounters with this rude, hostile manager in the future, as well to prevent another inconvenience due to the inconsitent communication between the app and pharmacy staff. Unfortunately, after my Dr.'s appt., I learned that the office sent my Rxs to Kroger by mistake, instead of the requested location. Since one of my Rxs is "controlled" it could not be transferred and I'd have to have the Dr.'s office cancel the current Rx and submit a new one to the new pharmacy location. Since it was after 5PM and the office had closed, I had to continue with Kroger for now. I called to confirm a pickup time and was informed that my Rxs would be ready Wednesday (5/11/22) morning. However, the app showed a pickup time of 8PM for 3 Rx's and 2PM for 1 Rx on Wednesday (5/11/22).Before arriving, I called the pharmacy at 8:15 AM that Wednesday morning and confirmed with the pharmacy tech that the 4 Rxs would be ready by 9:30 AM. I arrived at 10:30 AM but was told that 1 of my Rx's would have to be "ordered". The one needing to be "ordered" was the same Rx I inquired about that past Saturday (5/7/22). Upon my arrival and as I approached the counter, "Daggan/Daggar" was once again in the third row (far back) counter speaking with a pharmacy tech, she looked up at me, shook her head "no", and said something to the pharmacy tech. The person at the checkout informed me that my Rx from 5/7/22 had to be "ordered" and that I would receive a text message when it would be available. I hardly ever receive text notifications when my Rx is ready for pickup. Texts notifications are very sporatic and therefore, unreliable. I wasn't given any concrete answer on when it would be available, only that the "truck makes delivers around 11:30 AM". I wasn't given any apology for my inconvenience. I wasn't even given the courtesy of offering to contact another Kroger pharmacy with the medication in stock to possibly have it filled there. I was simply told that "I will receive a text whenever it's ready". On the app, I saw where the time was pushed back from being ready at 2PM to 7PM. At this point, there are several unresolved issues with this pharmacy. The communication received via the app differs from info given by pharmacy staf

North Avenue Kroger is the nastiest Kroger I have ever been to in Macon, and I have to visit all of the Krogers weekly. Shopping here with a person with special needs is a terrible experience. Filthiest restroom ever, nasty-openned- filled-to-the-brim trash can with no lid sitting on side of toilet. There is always feces on toilet seat. Paper all over the floor. It's too small for two people to enter and especially if a person with special needs has to have an assistant. Heavy entry door that doest close fully. Leaves a 1-1/2 inch Crack. The restroom is in the far left all the way in the back so if you're in need Yyou will have to take a long walk to this nasty restroom!

9am to 5pm open hours does not work for people that work from 9 to 5. My wife needed medicine this evening that will help her with her breathing and has to wait over night to get it in the morning. This is a pharmacy. Peoples health is affected because the hours are not working for people that work. Will be changing pharmacy to another one.

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I have been to in a long time. How is it possible to lose a prescription??? A prescription that was confirmed as already being ready earlier in the day? How is it possible for a prescription that was said to be ready by the pharmacy to still not have been checked by the pharmacist? Why am I still standing in this line like 30 minutes after I got in it to pick up already ready prescriptions?

Everytime I come in they have 4 or 5 pharmacist but not one even acknowledges you standing there waiting very rude and very unprofessional stood here with my 6 month pregnant fiance for 30 minutes before we were even spoken to just to say get out of the way for another customer that just walked in to get in front of us and take another 20 minutes with her. They all should be fired worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life very disappointed that this is what Healthcare systems call professionals

Terrible customer service, misplaced my medicine and the clerk kept looking for it taking her sweet time yet having a line of customers. After about 20 mins of searching, while holding my card ready to insert for payment, she gave me an attitude telling me the machine was not ready. Instead of apologizing for the wait she kept scolding me about me almost inserting my card. Who the hell likes to wait in line for 30+ minutes and then scolded?? Who is responsible for hiring at this location? I will change my pharmacy to CVS. After I file a complaint with her supervisor.

Horrible service and plenty of negligence along with incompetence.Came in at 2:15 pm to pick up medicine which it was sent from ER at 3:45 am and they didn’t have it ready. They told me that they will call me to pick up during the afternoon and didn’t receive any call. I showed up at 06:12 pm and they had a big line of people, from the pu window to the cashiers waiting for pick up.

Not enough staff working. Only had one lane open this afternoon with long lines. As far as the pharmacy, that’s even worse. They only have one attendant there. There’s a line all day. There to busy to even answer there phone

When combined with GoodRx, they have the lowest prescription prices by far. Walgreens even with the coupon is still the most expensive by far. And this is coming from experience with multiple different medications, amounts, etc.

This pharmacy is right around the corner from my house, but I would go out of my way to go here now. They are always nice and very helpful even and especially when they are super busy.

The only pharmacy I have ever gone to that everyone there knows my name. The Pharmacy manager is extremely nice and approachable. The Pharmacy techs are fantastic. I even wrote Kroger Corporate about how amazing one the the Pharmacy Techs is at handling customers and questions. This is the only pharmacy I like to go to.
