Kroger is located where there are multiple businesses which is difficult to find ample parking space. The shelves are mostly empty, especially the frozen section. I have also noticed their prices are higher than Publix and Walmart. I buy Harmless Harvest coconut water, usually for ten dollars, but at Kroger, it is $11.59. On the other hand, the staff is relatively amicable and resourceful; the parking lot is empty of food carriages meaning there are plenty of carts available for shopping.

It's an older store. They really need a renovation. It's a very busy location. The have a self serve check out section which makes checking out quick and easy. The bathrooms are filthy. The people who work here were very nice to me.

I have used the pick-up service on two occasions at this store. The first time 3 bags were not loaded into my car. It was not until I got home and was putting up my groceries that I realized this. I later given a call by the store advising of their error so I dismissed this as human error. Two weeks ago I decided to give them another chance. However this time the prices charged were not the same as those shown on the

Good size. Clean enough. Bathroom accessible enough (except for the heaviness of the main door - wow - hard for even an able-bodied companion). This store has a bit of anything and everything you could need. And the prices are good.

Managers should step in and actively help the employees serve customers to reduce long lines.

it is a smaller store, but they do not waste any space and as always, great prices.

Crisco and Gold Medal all purpose flour was sold out by noon today and a manager would not issue a rain check. She stated it was a “while supplies last†sale. Which wasn't stated anywhere on the coupon. If you are goin to have a coupon for something to be sold only on a particular day, you should have plenty in stock that day!

The customer service station is terrible!! I have been standing in line for 30 minutes just to cash a check. I have asked two different people if they could get someone to help the young lady out. The responses I have received are that the managers were in a board meeting(during peak hours?) and that only certain people are trained to do customer service. The line was extremely long and aggravating!!

I've never really had a *Horrible experience here, however sometimes you experience a bad apple but I can honestly say it doesn't happen often. This is the typical Kroger store, great selection of items and Usually good customer service. *TIP You can get a free item every Friday. All you have to do is go to Load the item to your Kroger Card (you have to have an online account & you must be logged in to your account) It will be on your card and you just go to the store find the item make sure you use your Kroger Card, once your say Done ( in the self check out line ), it will zero that item out and there you have it free goody every Friday! You don't have to do self checkout but usually it's fast but either way the item will be free if you loaded it on your card.

Horrible management of lanes. It's one thing to be short staffed. It's another to mismanage your workforce consistently. We've come here every week for the past month and EVERY time there's only one lane (if even) and the self checkout. Tonight there was no option BESIDES self check out. Help your community, hire more cashiers!

The people here are typically friendly and pleasant, but I'm a little turned off by their produce. I usually will visit this store in the mornings, and the produce just does not look as fresh as the one on Russell Pkwy in Warner Robins. That's the store I'm used to so I will compare the 2 and I cant with their produce. It seems like it would be fresher in the mornings so why does it always look old? wtf?

This is truly the ghetto Kroger of Macon. I don't know which is worse this store or the one on Pio Nono. Look at the floor. They took the tile off and sealed the concrete floor. They didn't even bother to sweep the dirt up let alone clean it. Smaller and older store that's cramped. They put the pharmacy into a little corner like a cave. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Two IN doors and no out doors. Try to walk in and you have trouble due to the people trying to get out. Overpriced, parking lot must have been designed by whoever created the Pacman game and whatever you want it'll be somewhere else than where you look. On the positive, it doesn't smell like dead mice. Or it didn't this week.

Driving up to the store and I am welcomed by the sight of police car parked in the fire lane. Now this means that something just went down or the store is worried something might go down. Either way I have coupons so let the savings bonanza begin! Some dude was sitting in front of the store and I noticed he had a rather large knife sheathed on his belt. Like a hunting style knife. Were the cops here for him or is he just ready for whatever? I go to grab a cart and there are no carts. Jesus H Christ, not a single shopping cart in the corral. This has never happened to me in all of my shopping experience. Maybe the cop was taking a report for all the stolen carts. So back out to the parking lot to grab a shopping cart. Looking around the store I wondered is there a storm a' brewing because it seems like everyone in town came in and bought up all the stuff. Items seem to be just thrown on the shelf. I really hate this store. Its seems cramped. Whoever is stocking the shevles obviously gives less than a tenth of a F**K of doing a good job. They just took cases of canned goods and placed it on the shelves. At least they took off the plastic. I had to turn a bunch of cans to make sure I could see the labels. You ever accidentally buy cream corn instead of regular? I check out and I will give praise to the clerk who was pleasant and also signed me up for a kroger card so I can save another 20 cents on my $80 bill. Police is still out front as jam my cart into an over flowed cart return.
