October 2025 by Resident from Alaska
First of all, I went to the store for the first time feeling down and out as I was seeking flowers for a very ill family member. I went to the floral department where I was greeted by two amazing Angels, Floral Lead, Jessica and associate Alyssa. They spent a significant amount of time with me to sure to select the best arrangement according to what I needed. These kind ladies went above and beyond what was expected. I walked in there down and out but walked out encouraged and feeling a lot better. Needless to say, my cousin absolutely loved the arrangements wrapped up in the most beautiful paper recommended. Thank you ladies for making a difference. I'll be sure to visit your store again for my floral needs.

This Kroger is closer to home. I truly dislike the long lines - but wait, most times, the parking is horrendous, but understand because there isn't space for improvement- unless they go upward with a parking deck and that would be an unbelievable nightmare. But today i take the time to finally give this review because there seems to not be a concise time for their hours of operation when it comes to the customer service desk. 03/04 as I walk into the store there are 3 employees walking from the area of the cc desk - 1 of them just walking from behind it. They walk across in the front of me to stand between the cc desk and the entry door for a chat, mm. Two steps later I'm in front of the cc desk reading the sign that it is "closed." Neither of those employees took the courtesy to say they were closed or ask if I could be helped; it was 5:55 pm. I've visited the store during various times, specifically to conduct business at the cc desk, just to discover it closed. The same happens with the Deli area of this store. I notice it depends on which employee is working for the day to what time it will close. I guess riding the extra miles to Publix would be best in the future instead of waisting time and gas at taking a chance here. Yep, disappointed.

This my favorite Kroger , but I hate their always out of sensitive skin wash sometimes . Also I notice the Kroger wipes quality has went down . Also the Indian small guy who works there who seems to be 5”7 , he always seems racist and rude and I barely ever have spoke to him and never did anything to him so I’m confused why he’s like that to me or anyone. He hasn’t greeted me multiple times and coughed walking by me but not near the white ones who he got unsick by real quick . He also greets white customers or his white workers with manners or nice ness but gets smart and rude with the black workers and customers or anyone who’s not white rather they Hispanic or anything . He also over watches black customers to , I guess make to sure they’re not stealing but doesn’t do it to whites . I do love how this Kroger always seems fast pace and stocked even during the workers strike a week or two ago . Most of the self check outs are open except two sometimes. Very rarely will I be waiting in a super long line . I would say more good and even bad but this review is getting too long and this is my favorite Kroger so I’ll chill .

It’s bad enough this is a tiny Kroger. The personal shoppers who load up those carts are blocking isles left and right without care or regard for folks like me. This grocery pick up service fouls service for people who used to enjoy going to the grocery store.

Deli management here is lack luster and just rude. They acted annoyed and as if me being there and asking for assistance was problematic. I don't typically shop at this location and most definitely won't again. I'll be sticking to Tom hill who has much better customer service. It's always nice to interact with people who don't act as if they hate their life.

I travel to this Kroger because it is closer to me than the others however there are several issues that must be addressed. Firstly the parking lot is awful and small for the amount of traffic in and out with all the other stores in the same complex. The store is too small to have a million items everywhere. And last some of the workers are rude and barely do their job. The one lady who works the self checkout in the evenings just stands there and acts bothered when you ask for help. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Zebulon rd location if you want actual service.

Great neighborhood Kroger! I don't have to take 2000 steps to pick up milk & bread. Staff are super friendly, too. God bless y'all!

This Kroger is a nightmare for seniors or especially disabled shoppers. The staff, reflecting the management, are surly and do not care about disabled shoppers. Every aisle is crammed full of impulse buy items, displays or stacks of boxes. If you are in a wheelchair and pushing a cart it is nothing but an obstacle course. Two shoppers can not pass in most aisles, and when there is “holiday displays”, forget it. Do not bother talking to management, they make it clear that you don’t matter, but impulse buy items do.

I have the layout memorized and I make my list accordingly. That way I zip through quickly. The deli staff is always helpful. The bakery is delicious and usual has samples out for you to try if you get there at the right time. I'm always amazed at the amount that shaves off of my total bill once i enter in my Kroger Plus number.
