One of my bags ripped after check out right in front of two employees. Neither offered to help. After I picked it up while carrying all of my other groceries I asked for help before it fell again. One of them responded “Feel free to grab another bag.” Not sure when Kroger lost their values but they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Placed an online order for pickup between 4-5PM, as this store is right by my job and is convenient to stop at on my way back after a 12 hour shift. Get a call at 3:30PM saying that my order would not be ready until 6:30PM-7:00PM. Informed customer service personnel that I would like to cancel the order then, as I live about 45 minutes away from location, and would not be able to drive back. Personnel responded that I should give them more grace as he came in at 9:00AM instead of his 12:00PM scheduled time, and that I should be nicer. Let him know, that unfortunately I also work 12 hour shifts and live far away and could not make this work, and repeated I needed the order cancelled so I can get my groceries at a place closer to home. Employee became rude and said if I was going to be like that that my refund would come back to my account in 3-4 business days and hung up. Got a notice at 6:30PM same day, that my order was ready for pickup after I had asked for the cancellation. Now I’ve been sitting on hold with Kroger online support for about 45 minutes with my amazing rep named Justin, who has been attempting to reach the order pickup team, who keep answering and placing him on hold to then hang up on him after 2 minutes of sitting on hold. I definitely won’t be doing pickup here any more due to lack of consideration and professionalism on the employees side, even though it’s a convenient location.

I stopped by this Kroger to see if they had some fresh turkey wings and for some reason Dublin Kroger Store didn't have any and A.B. Lee's Meat Market had a Small pack, but it was just one serving and This is how I wound up in Macon, GA looking for some fresh turkey wings for at least 4. servings but know one had any?

This is one of the worst Krogers I have been too. I used to shop here on a regular basis, but my recent visit is horrible. No buggies, random isles of buggies that need stocking. The pharmacy is horrible. The window to the pharmacy is always closed, which is an inconvenience being that I am super dizzy. The line was absolutely ridiculous. It's so unorganized and the A/C is not even working. I won't be back.

Great except when I went to use the women's restroom closest to the Starbucks one of the stalls didn't have a door and the others lock didn't even work.

While shopping at Kroger on Tom Hill Sr Macon at 4:45 pm Saturday 6-15-24 I let an employee named Carolyn know I had bypassed the opportunity to use a coupon so she backed up the transaction which allowed me to scan the coupon. As I was scanning the coupon she walked away to go and stand with a group of Kroger employees who were too busy talking to help anyone. I asked Carolyn why she walked away from my register knowing she had to take my coupon after I scanned it… she said nothing. I asked her if she knew how to speak and she didn’t say anything. I showed her that my receipt was blank also. She said nothing and walked away. What in the world!? Maybe it was her last day (or should be).
