Nice location for medical staff and students that frequent the hospital right next door. Nice fitness center with plenty of cardio equipment and a video fitness room.

I hate this place. My lease didn’t say First day I move in, the toilet would not work and the shower would not work ! Seriously!!! Do not try to complain the moment you do they tell you the person you dealt with is no longer there. Then not to mention you can be locked out during non business hours no one is there that can let you in. The price itself is ridiculous and the service is bad. For such a nice place you would think they would treat you with class. Nope! Worst experience I have had not to mention you won’t get to sleep with the noise and the staff rotates so much that you can never get anyone competent enough ! You get More apologies than resolutions. Renters remorse! I never do reviews but this was necessary! Never again !

Nice place to live, but beware of them throwing random bills on your account. Residents are being charged for a mistake that property made and are back dating the water bill because macon water authority gave them a $14,000 bill and they have decided to throw in extra fees to have residents cover it. I won’t be renewing the lease here. They didn’t notify us about but I noticed it on my bill and approached them about it.

03/2023 Review update: I hate having to pay for services not rendered, when there is a specific contract delineating the service provided, time frames, and criteria. And Valet Trash, which is mandatory here at Lofts at Navicent, has missed their services time and time again to where I have to now update my review. Because no one should have to continue paying for a service that does not provide services! Just on the days that I have tried to use their service (which is not every Sun-Thurs not including holidays), they have missed the pick up for entire floors. This is ridiculous that we are stuck with paying for this shoddy fraudulent "service" that keeps charging but doesn't follow through. And to ask of us residents to please throw our trash in the bin if services are interrupted and make sure that our bins are back inside by 9 AM is rude and demeaning. We are paying for this service. Follow up with the company and make them send a representative to provide what we are paying them for!The only reason why I am still giving this place 2 stars is because the common areas are kept clean and maintenance requests are completed in timely manners by our wonderful staff members who are one of the only consistent perks of this place.12/2022 Review update: Prices have gone up to where they are now charging a multitude of additional things outside of the rent to where it is like many other apartment complexes where you can expect to pay hundreds of dollars on top of the advertised base rent. Additionally, there have been multiple car thefts within the past 2 weeks (my car included). We still have video cameras and Navicent Police watching the parking lots, but this didn't prevent these episodes. Because of these two main changes, I had to edit my review appropriately.Chantel is an incredible manager. She is communicative and efficient, professional, and a wonderful person overall. I have had the pleasure of getting to know her since she has arrived at our property around October 2020, and she consciously made an effort to get to know my sister's and my names. She is responsive and returns messages and calls often within the same day but never more than two business days. She even called to check up on two specific maintenance requests for our current apartment (1. washing machine and 2. AC/Heating) to ensure that our amenities were fixed in a reasonable amount of time. She is a pleasant addition to the already incredible team of Mrs. Sarah and Mr. Butch. I could not have asked for a better trio to run the property!!! I have had continuous issues with former management that date back to June 2020, and with Chantel's help, she has quickly remedied all of my concerns within the short period she has been here. Due to Chantel's diligence, compassion, and professionalism, my sister and I plan on staying at Lofts at Navicent. I am happily able to say again that I would highly recommend the property to anyone interested in living at a luxurious, quiet, safe apartment complex in Macon, GA.

Edit: Lofts at Navicent seems to have changed owners/management because they are changing their policies to charge everything. While the staff are STILL excellent, I feel like the what was once promised before is not being honored now. Previously, this facility was supposed to be all inclusive except for water, sewer, and electricity. Electricity stipends were given every month, so there was almost no additional costs. That is now gone, & we have to set up electricity on our own. Lofts previously was advertised as a luxurious, but convenient place to live where all of those utilities would be handled on their end; we would just have to pay the bill while they take care of the set-up at no additional costs. If you have pets, please be cautious. They charge a pet fee of $500 for the 1st pet & $750 for the 2nd. They also charge you a monthly pet fee on top of your rent ($25/pet). We have recently been experiencing break-ins in vehicles. This has never happened before, but it has become an issue. While I'm not blaming the facility for the break-ins, I am disappointed to see that this is becoming an issue for the exorbitant rent we pay.Lofts at Navicent is a luxurious, pricey place to be, BUT it’s worth it. The facility is very clean, quiet (minus the occasional ambulance & helicopters from the hospital— not bashing healthcare workers or patients!!!), and safe. There are two places for parking: one is gated, the other is not. And there are lots of spaces so you don’t have to fight your neighbors for your favorite spot ;) The Navicent Police checks the un-gated parking & it’s brightly lit, which makes me feel safe. The facility uses key fobs to access the elevators, the building entrances, and lobby area/mail area after hours. We have access to the 2nd floor gym which is also great with lots of equipment and clean shower/locker rooms. Daisy Park is a cute, gated place outside where your dog (or maybe kitty) can run and play. Don’t have a pet? No problem! Daisy Park can be used by residents to make s’mores or grill up some barbecue as well! The lobby area has a coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar which we have unlimited access to! It also has a pool table, multiple TVs, and a living room-like couch area so lots of people can enjoy the space! Best part is, you can “rent” the space after hours by making a reservation with the manager.Utilities also come out to be fairly low since all of the appliances are made to work well while conserving energy, which was an EXTRA plus for me. I’ve lived in place prior where rent was cheaper but the utilities were about $200(?) a month?! I can say that since COVID has started & I’ve been home everyday, my utilities were max $70, but usually lower (around $35). Internet, cable, electricity, and water are all “with” the facility so you don’t have to call to get service to cancel service. If there is any issue, you just have to contact the front office! Valet trash is provided; you leave your trash out after 7 PM everyday except Friday & Saturday, and they take it for you from your door. The staff: Ms. Sarah keeps this place so clean! She is very friendly and works hard, and it shows! Mr. Butch is the great Mr. Fix-It. I rarely have any issues requiring maintenance to be called, but when I do, it doesn’t take more than 24 hours for Butch to come and solve the issue. He is also very kind and works hard to make sure we are happy! And lastly, the manager Chantel is absolutely amazing. She keeps the place going strong. My sister and I had some issues earlier along the year with a DIFFERENT manager, but Chantel came in and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Chantel listens and cares, and she does her best to accommodate her residents. My sister and I even contemplated moving out after our lease was over prior to Chantel, but she honestly made us change our minds. These 3 musketeers (Chantel, Sarah, & Butch) are seriously the dream team. They have really made my stay so great, and I am very pleased and confident to say that I plan to stay here thanks to them! :)

The entire staff here at the Lofts at Navicent is wonderful and so very kind. Chantel, our property manager, is second to none. She has gone above and beyond to make our move from out of state as smooth as possible. Ms. Sarah and Mr. Butch do their part keeping everything clean and in good shape. Our staff makes this a really nice place to live and we are very lucky to have them.

I lived here in 2017 when it was first constructed. The only reason I left was because we needed more space for our growing family and to be near a daycare. This is the perfect place to stay and by far the most upscale in Macon. I loved being able to drop off my dry cleaning downstairs. The housekeeper was amazing. Maintenance was on point (although I rarely needed it). I complained of noise once and it was addressed immediately. This place is perfect for residents, or other traveling medical staff as it is literally connected to the hospital without feeling like you're at work. The only concern I had was packages weren't available for delivery when the office was closed but I'm sure that has since changed and even then it wasn't enough for me to want to move. I felt safe and secure and content. Management was nice always.

Chantel Raymond is absolutely amazing. She is always helpful and genuinely cares for how residents are taken care of. She has organized multiple events for the lofts and has done a great job putting everything together. This is not something that I have seen done before. She takes a lot of pride on her craft and making sure that everything is perfect. I truly enjoy having her in our office managing these apartments.
