Would have skipped this love’s if i had known in advance how poorly run this place is. Like give your employees some customer service training & have them actually doing the their jobs. Everyone except the one guy at the register just seems to be floating around all whateverish. Boxes laying in the floor, bathrooms decent but not as up to par as most loves, the restaurant side is absolute confusion & chaos. Teach the employees to behave with some degree of professionalism in communicating with customers. Sheesh!

This place deserves ZERO stars on 08/22/25. Trucks were lined up and down the lanes of parking lot couldn't access the place without being in middle of the lane nor see oncoming traffic to exit. Secondly the pay at the pump was not an option, attempted two different pumps. I gladly drove down the road to the QT and got pay at the pump service without any problem.

To all my drivers the shower area you will be waiting a long time for a shower I am watching empty showers for over 20 min no one cleaning! 5 people waiting . This is Sad we can’t even get a shower in reasonable time avoid if possible! Be safe on the road!

8/20/25 7:25am. Had the NON pleasure if dealing with Sharlene! Terrible robotic service! She made a big deal about $100 with buying $70 in gas for my husband to pump!!! Its morning lady everyone is getting gas! The world has hundreds because fuel is high!!! Got coffee and was going tonsee what chesters had and she yells ma'am, ma'am! I was like ??????? She said pay for your coffee first! I was like what? So, you treated me as though I was stealing the coffee????? Then went into chesters they weren't even open which she could have said they weren't open instead of the scene she made with the coffee!!! The entire store was filthy! Its time to just quit uses LOVES as lately at most of them they are NOT standing up to theor name!

The store and subway both refuse to give us drivers quarters for the washer & dryer machines there disrespectful to us drivers I'm at this loves all the time they lost my business here I won't scale fuel or nothing here again if I could give 0 stars for this place I would they lost my business

The showers stink really bad, not sure if it was something wrong with the vent or plumbing but it smells really bad . Usually I don't care but the shower wasn't terrible. Hair on the floor, toilet paper, spots on the wall,dusty etc.

I had a lovely 4 hour shower 🚿 which only got me one knock wondering if I'd ever come out. I must admit the cleaning was not thourall but the situation was also not gross. I thought about complaining and decided instead to just make sure I enjoyed it to the fullest, guilt free, and just yo kindly ask staff to go the distance to get garbage emptied and floors cleaned in between, we pay a lot for these showers even when they are free, so pretty please sweep behind the door, and under the sink and make sure the toothpaste or whatever extra water is mopped each time. Not because someone left it pretty clean does it make it ok to let this things pile up. Now I knew my towels were fresh because they were hot... Basically I'm not mad at ya. And I'm glad I didn't complain at the time. And I hope you noticed I still have you five stars, some of this has to do with the way way way worse truck stops I've been in this whole last week, places I did not even want to shower at. And some of it is due to the ladies working the register/floor when I came out. They were deeply cleaning the coffee station and going the extra mile. They inspired me with their team work and comradery! It's nice to be back at a Loves even though no one's perfect including me. 💗😊🥰😎

Came here today July 24 2025 to change a trailer tire.Checked in at 4.40 pm.They said they gonna call me.Went back to check around 7 pm.The tires bay was empty .Inside ,the shop manager with another 2 mechanics chatting and laughing. I asked if they can change that tire I asked for .He( the manager) said he gonna call me even if they was doing nothing and the tires bay was empty.Now is 9.28 pm and I am still waiting for that call.The company have account with Love's but I guess this is my worst experience in 17 years of trucking.I will choose any time Petro/ TA over Love.'s.

Went into their Chesters chicken when I got back to my vehicle and got down the road the chicken was very old. It looks like the grease hasn't been changed in quite some time they didn't bother to give me a napkin or fork. And if I'm not mistaken, I'm supposed to get a biscuit with my order. I didn't get that either.

I went inside to buy some food from godfather and chesters also bought a 12 pack of Coke Zero or at least I thought I did. I didn’t remember if I bought it. That’s what I told the manager. But the manager made unnecessary comments of the situation she made it really public and said offensive comments. She’s not a person that’s well educated to deal with that kind of situations. There’s a lot of drivers that are sleep deprived and sometimes we forget sometimes we forget what State we are in. But the way Manager handle the situation. It shows no education. Maybe she’s good inventory and numbers in other words management. But not we the public. Those comments were really out place and u have working cameras you can witness it yourself.
