Placed an order for tile the night before. Received a notification in the morning it was ready for pickup. Drive to the store at 7:45pm. Check-in curbside. Wait 30m nobody comes out. Come inside and the girl at the customer service is just chilling on her phone. She looks up my order. It hasn't been pulled. They don't even know where in the store it is. Store manager comes over. Doesn't introduce himself. Wonders off. will I get my tile? Stay tuned! Running up on 45mins now and the store is DEAD. Employees standing around

Decent selection of Home appliances. From sales associates to Mgr it was evident they were not in agreement on what company military/veterans discount is. Wasn't pleased with after sales problem resolution on faulty washer.

Lowe's has approximately half of what I need on most days. You have to search for associates to help but when you find someone they don't know anymore than you. They are very nice but usually not helpful at all. Al cannot replace human interactions! Pull it togather Lowe's or I will spend my time and money at home Depot or elsewhere!

They definitely have anything a contractor or home owner needs for repairs and a great selection of hand tools and some good deals !! It's hard to get any help though. Most of the staff I saw were in there phones and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone who knew how to do a phone sale. It's the same every time I go there and I'm there daily. Good help is hard to find!!

Place sucks. Customer service sucks. They may have had it the other day,not now and don't know when they'll have it again. Just go to Home Depot,you can't feel the vacuum when you walk in .
