Needed 2 sheets of plywood. I was there almost 2 hours by the time I waited for someone to bring down the pallet of plywood I needed and left the store. They need more employees who care about the customer.

Horrible customer service. Order a refrigerator was suppose to be delivered today December 12th between 12-4pm. Took off work so I could wait for it. They even sent two text to verify the address and ask if the date was still okay. Come 4:00 no call and no refrigerator. Called their delivery number and was told there was a mix up at the warehouse and it wouldn’t be delivered until the 15th. Apparently wasn’t even planning to call me and tell me this. Might be going to Home Depot or somewhere else to buy something from now on.

I hired Lowes to do a remodel of my kitchen which was a mistake. I paid 26,000.00 for the job and they sent out someone to measure and take pictures. It was horrible. First the designer made an error with design I have crown molding but he didn't take into account what he was doing and now the molding will need to come down because what he put up is three times the size, then he didn't get all the pieces requiring several install issues, finally after 4 full months when the Electrician came to install the stove they stated he has the wrong cabinet or the wrong stove. They wanted to modify the cabinet, I agreed to a price because I was so frustrated, can't cook or use the sink until I heard them arguing that it won't work and asked them to leave. I called Lowe's and emailed Mary Bloom because ultimately this is their mess and they need to fix it! She has not returned my call.

We went in today to look at flooring for our new construction. We were met by a lady by the name of Aquaria. She was excellent at making this process so much easier.Aquaria and the rest of the staff helped us in making an informed decision, and they saved us quite a bit of money by getting a Lowes credit card and getting volume discounts on the purchase.We could not be happier with the staff. Kudos to Aquaria!!!!!

I wish I could have spent Thanksgiving cooking in my own home with family and friends.I ordered a stove, refrigerator and microwave on October 8. They were supposed to be delivered on October 22. Received an email of new delivery date of October 30, then Nov 4, and every week through Thanksgiving.Last Wednesday I was told that the appliances were definitely at the DC and would be at the store yesterday. Well guess what, yesterday I got an email of 12/8. There’s a real possibility I won’t have appliances for Christmas.I begged someone to dig deeper to figure out why after so much time still no appliances. I was told Samsung is to blame for sending the appliances to Texas DC instead of GA DC. All this time I’ve been asking for help and they’re just now realizing our stuff is in Texas? I can’t honestly say this would never have happened if I had gone to the other big box retailer or a mom and pop.Trying to find a number to corporate is like trying to find the lost sock from the laundry. Maybe if I post this everywhere someone from corporate will see it and help me get my appliances.

Fast customer service!! Keys made fit perfectly! Went to ACE, had to take them back twice!! Should have gone to Lowe's first!!
