I really hate to give 3 stars because I love the price and the idea of how it’s suppose to work however it has not worked as advertised. The connection between phone and gate rarely connect and work properly. I’ve had to contact a customer service representative every time I’ve been to my unit. Customer service is very responsive but when they aren’t in the US it’s not without issues.

I’ve been broken into 3 times within a month. The thieves destroyed the unit doors to the point you can’t put a lock on it. I called the company and explained to them about the door’s being damaged and was told numerous times they would take care of it. That has never happened. It’s absolutely the most unprofessional company I had ever dealt with. It’s unorganized and an absolute waste of time and money.
