  Went to location it gave me on the Google site and then when I arrived, the address was changed and not updated. So, I traveled another 10-15 minutes to this location. The new location is nice and I'm thankful to have DHL drop-off location.

  I lost my package \\u0026 the date of delivery said NOT AVAILABLE waiting for 3 weeks been calling them \\u0026 they always said they’re still waiting for the station to give them an update but instead of holding the package status they changed it to DELIVERED with no sign or any proof of delivery. whenever I called to ask about my package they said I’m not supposed to call because they’re gonna call me in schedule but at the first time I called they said it’s not their job to monitor the package. this is so bad.
