I like to thank Ashley for the outstanding customer service and help me find a couple items while visiting Marshalls today or ring personality not only put me at ease while shopping for my mother but also I gain a lot of respect for the company. I appreciate customer service is like like hers I will and I am. I would love to visit this Marshalls again thank you.

Very limited variety. Furthermore, my experience of it, its employees and management are that they should be replaced. As a black woman, I was targeted at this store. I was humiliated and harassed by several different employees while trying to shop, til I couldn’t take it. I asked to speak to a supervisor since I was being treated as a suspect of theft. I spoke to two different managers… one thought it was funny, and the other practically said “So. What’s your problem?” I’ve never experienced this type of humiliation or degrading treatment at a shopping store.

Don’t waste your time. You’ll wait in line longer than it takes you to walk the entire store…five times. Shelves and tables are so unorganized and overfilled you can’t shop any of it. Tables and racks are not wheelchair compliant so good luck anybody needing assistance getting through the store. Prices on tags are not accurate.
This whole store needs a disciplined management team because it clearly lacks one, they need to retrain their employees and hire some reliable people that actually show up to their shifts and WORK not stand around and do nothing.

They have amazing stuff there, line is VERY SLOW. Expect to spend 15 minutes or more just standing around.
