I recently dealt with both Danielle and Jessica at the Matt Rogers agency; they are a tribute to the agency and made me feel I was in good hands. Each was efficient, mindful of my time, and I could hear a smile in their voices. The rates were much better than I'd been receiving from a top company that I'd insured with for 6+ years and better than the other 3 companies I'd shopped. I HATE shopping insurance; each outreach takes 30+ minutes...not with these 2. I am so appreciative of their effectiveness my family is bringing their policies over also!
Who knew securing insurance could be a delightful experience?

I spoke with Danielle Maccio which was very friendly and knowledgeable . She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and explained everything to me step by step. There should be more agents with the exceptional customer service she gave!! I have been with another company for over 30 yrs and changed because of her.

I want to give a shout out to your employees, Cristy and Jessica.
Cristy is a dear friend and while i was satisfied with the insurance company i had been with I just casually mentioned to Cristy about what I had been paying. She quickly went over and beyond to get me a person that could helo me. I realized that Cristy was new to the agency and I had told her i would wait and let her help me when she got her license to sell auto but she quickly told me she just wanted me to save the money and lead me to Jessica.
Jessica was prompt in getting with me and answering all questions pertaining to the quote and policy. Jessica was honest and didn't pressure me at all to switch. I hate being pressured so i appreciated that.
You have 2 great employees and i just felt the need to give a shout out to them. The world is full of complainers and negativity so I feel like when someone goes over and beyond and does their job i try to complement them.

Leesa is amazing and walked me through the process without any issues. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I have zero complaints and would most definitely give your agency a 10. Happy to be a part of the Allstate Famliy! ❤️

Received a mailer with a homeowner’s quote for $965 from Matt Rogers with my home details and address. Seemed reasonable enough, and had been considering other options vs my current provider. Sent an email, answered a few questions, and then received a a quote for almost double that. Absolute waste of time. When I inquired as to why it was double the quote on the mailer, they stopped responding. Classic bait and switch scheme these folks are running. Matt Rogers, you should be ashamed for conducting business this way. Your operation needs to be shut down.

Prefer getting bills by mail, company stopped sending. Went up to $388 a month for three vehicles, $50 from last month. Time to price new companies.
