They don’t wanna hear about you mentioning the online quotes.. I had a cheaper quote online and the man said they were using the same system. Doesn’t make sense to me why would it be so high. When I mentioned that my quote from my online application was lower, he was quick to hang up. I was gonna ask him more questions but he rudely didn’t let me finish and hanged up on me. Glad I dodged this one!Reply to Owner: Owner says I hanged up on them which is not true at all. This is very unprofessional for someone to lie about something like this. I think I'm old enough to know if my finger clicked on "hang up" or not. I will be contacting corporate about this. You were quick to hang up on me. Was it because it was closing time and you couldn't wait to leave?

Matt has kept in contact with me on a regular basis, even though I have done all of my insurance buying online. I appreciate the attention to a customer that he has never seen.

Haven't been in person to meet Mr.Rogers I would like to but because of my work schedule haven't gotten a chance. He do a great job with informing you of changes and reminders. Absolutely terrible place. Find or use a different location. The customer service rep that answers is not professional and does nothing to make you feel welcomed or reassured. The agents there take forever to respond back to you and do not follow up. I almost left Allstate to go to another Insurance company but luckily I found another location to assist me and take care of everything I needed. I used to be a licensed insurance agent as well and this is not the customer care nor service that anyone should get. This is not a bad review for the Insurance company. This is a bad review for this team. It's amazing the response that was given back to this review. I would love to know the definition of verbally abused and attacked to this teams standards. Apparently voicing a complain professionally is considered a verbal attack. LOL. What a joke. I expressed my issues and concerns in a very professional manner. Never did I yell or even use foul language. I merely expressed of how upset I was with the service and was trying to get an answer in regards to my policy. It's amazing because the other Allstate location apologized on Allstate's behalf and assisted me greatly. Initially the services I received here were great then turned to garbage. I had to call multiple times in one week to get a simple answer. I even asked the secretary for the 1-800 number for customer service and she didn't even know or have that. Instead of trying to pass of this review and lie as if a customer that was vulgar and rude, how about acknowledge the issue at hand and own up to a mistake. I typically never leave bad reviews but this place deserved it specially after the response of this review originally. My advice.... work on some team management. The customer is not always right, however a little empathy and understanding to at least acknowledge someone's issue goes on long way. Specially when it's dealing with someone's money.

It was a very smooth transition from another company, and by the way the rates were so much less than I were paying before changing to Matt’ s office. Been great for this pass year.

We had a few issues starting our home owners policy and Matt helped us out, and quickly responded to our calls and questions. He made sure that we understood what was happening and ultimately was able to get the situation fixed! We also insure our Autos with this agency and its quick and easy to make changes.
