Chris Jones has taken great care of my car on a couple occasions. He is professional and has great customer service. Although my repairs were minor he still went above and beyond to take care of things quickly. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone.

My 97 year old grandmother brought her car here to be fixed by recommendation from her insurance co. She was told it would be ready on the 20th of the month, no specific time. So when we get there the man she talked to was very rude and disrespectful. She said I'm here to pick up my car and he said I think it's still being worked on. She said I thought you said it would be ready on the 20th? He responded "I haven't called you yet have i" rude as hell. Then said it would be ready at 5 which is when they close. So we left and are waiting til 5 to return. I bet his attitude will be different when she goes to pay her deductible. Customer service really sucked especially considering he was dealing with a 97 yr old lady.

Deer hit my F150. Did a great job on repairs. Had a headlight issue worked diligently to fix and they found problems and resolved. Would highly recommend.

I hit a deer with my car and the folks at Chandler Collision of Macon got me back on the road. Chris was most helpful with color matching and working with me to fix a couple spots. I highly recommend looking into this buisness for your auto body and insurance claim needs.

I chose Chandler collision based on their Google reviews. My repairs were paid for by an insurance company so I didn't have to pay but my experience a Chandler was awesome. They keep you up to speed with the status of your vehicle as it is being repaired, they are friendly if you call to ask questions, and they were very very thorough. My car looks amazing and I was expecting to Have at least some concerns when I picked it up. The paint and clearcoat were perfect, the gaps were all even, everything was just like it should be.Service: Body & Trim
