Spoke with a VERY RUDE representative from this location on 10/27/22 at around 3pm . She answered saying “metro” and that’s it, I explained the issue and she said to call the 1-800 number, I asked what was the actual number she responded with “first of all..” I wouldn’t allow her to finish and she proceeded to then hang up in my face !

That is a very sad location.. There is no customer respect. I was talked to as if I was nobody and I have been with Metro for a very long time. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. THAT IS THE SECOND TIME IVE BEEN THERE AND GOT THE SAME RESULT!!!
