Just left from this location the fella told me for this very phone it’ll be about $251 how he came up with that math I’ll never know because you see how much it cost to buy the EXACT PHONE EXACT PHONE PLAN online!! $128.99 so something isn’t adding UP than I went to the location off of Harrison Rd Next to the Dollar Tree they came up with $191.00 where’s the math coming from because RECEIPTS Do not Lie!!! ITS A TRANSFER OF PHONE NUMBER FROM A DIFFERENT CARRIER SO THE PHONE ITSELF IS $49.99 NOT MY PROBLEM YALL PUT A DEAL ON IT SO DON’T TRY TO PRICE GOUGE THINKING YOU DEALING WITH SOMEONE THAT DO NOT KNOW THEY SHYT BECAUSE TRUST ME I DO!!! THE FELLA LIED TO ME CLAIMING THEY DIDNT HAVE THE IPHONE 12 ONCE HE REALIZE I KNOW MY SHYT AND HE WASNT GONE CHARGE ME $251 AND I WAS JUST GONE PAY IT NO I ASK QUESTIONS AND I COME WITH PROOF REGARDING ANY DISCREPANCIES THEY CANT SHOW ME HOW THEY CAME UP WITH THE $251 ITS OH NOW WE DONT HAVE THE PHONE BUT YOU HAD THE PHONE PRIOR TO ME ASKING WHERE U GETTING UR $251 MATH FROM!

Sandra was very helpful, they help me to save money on my bill with government assistance. It took some times because of the documents she as asking. She did not got tire to help me at any time. I am very satisfied with her. Now store had all and more… they get me going with phone service, tablet and home internet. Waooo service

lousy service,inept reps. Paid for service 12/27/2021 on credit card.Bank statement shows metro paid on 12/29 2021,yet metro says no payment received.AFTER REPS SHOWN proof of payment , they were still too stupid to figure out problem.So we are still without service we have paid for.
