Manager ordered a new phone because of an issue that I was having with the service on my phone. When I got to the store, the phone was 2 to 3 weeks overdue and she said I can't change them out because there's a dent or scratch. ??♀️ No one told me about this, it's like some sort of route or trick. I'm switching companies next month.

I went inside to inquire about service of a new telephone I had purchased. Met a young lady, A.C. who was most informed and also very friendly and knowledgeable about the various bargains and discounts available for my particular case. Can't wait to go back and get the iPhone which she pointed out I could get to replace my newer android. I'm a very satisfied customer indeed. Thanks, A.C. you're great at representing Metro T-Mobile. :)

Some employees could use a little extra training on paying cash for a bill process and not closing the register at 7pm when store closes at 8pm.

My Friend uses them, and we went by at 7:30, and they were closed. They were SUPPOSED to close at 8. Thank GOD I don't have to rely on them. I would go to Boost, that's who I have. ??

It says it closes at 8pm and I got into the store to buy a new phone and the attendant said: "We are technically closed"...what is that supposed to mean? Is not even 7pm!
