I love Michaels. The people are always friendly and helpful. The only issue I would say I have is sometimes the products are a little too pricey. Other than that, great place for crafters.

Today I went into the store on lunch break and security followed me around like I was stealing . Me and my wife buy all our tshirts for our business here but never again.

Do not go to Michael's unless you want the employees to watch you check out. They do not assist at all. It's bad when you have to do all the work and pay for the merchandise. Two employees laughed when I asked them if they plan to watch while I do all the work. Absolutely horrible. Disgraceful.

I love shopping at micheals, the only issue I have is that it is on the other side of town so I have to drive 30 minutes to get there.

If I could zero stars, I would, based on the service received today. I purchased shirts from the Warner Robins Michaels and needed to exchange 2 for different sizes. I came to this location out of convenience only to be told I couldn’t exchange the shirts because “it’s not their shirt”. It was clearly the same shirt however the manager didn’t try to accommodate me or understand the receipt. Due to scanning issues and all the shirts being the same price, it didn’t scan each separate size. There were 8 shirts purchased and only two needed to be returned. The cashier, who didn’t have a name tag, didn’t try to help at all she just stated “we can’t do it”. If all shirts were the SAME price then the manager should’ve been able to troubleshoot and solve the problem instead of not doing anything.
Please coach the staff on how to actually help customers. At the end of the day, it was a tshirt purchased from Michaels and it should’ve been able to have been exchanged. Period.
The staff that were working were scheduled around 4:15-4:20pm when the incident occurred.

I can always find what I am looking for and more. I go in looking for a few things and come out with more craft ideas and projects that I found while I was shopping. I love the variety that they offer.
