My nurse, Joy King, was delightful. She was professional, personable and very helpful. There was a bit of waiting before I saw her, but it was a very smooth appointment. A great option in a pinch.

I have been here multiple times because of it being right across from where I live and I don’t know why I keep hoping each appointment will be better than the last. The nurse practitioners are useless and don’t know what they are talking about. They 99% of the time just tell you to take something over the counter so it’s less work for them. Do yourself a favor and go to another walk-in clinic! I went to another one today after leaving there yesterday and still seeing no improvement. The other walk-in clinic gave me two shots and prescribed me two medications.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had wanted to get tested for strep (I have a history of strep & I still have my tonsils). The nurse practitioner, LaTonya Stephens, was extremely rude to me. She constantly cut me off while I was explaining why I was there. Then she accused me of exposing her and everyone else in the store to covid when that was NOT the case, stating “so you are just going to come up in here and expose me and the whole store to covid”. Then she preceded to rush through everything and did not swab my throat good, so of course the strep test came back negative. I will NEVER go back here again if she is working. Little did she know, I am also in the medical field and to me, it sounds like she needs to get a new job if she doesn’t want to be around sick people. This visit was a complete waste of my time and money.

Me and my daughter came in for a sports physical. The nurse practitioner was amazing and nice. Short wait time. Professional place. I highly recommend this place.

My NP Joy and the Concierge Brittiny were truly amazing! They were patient with me and my four-year-old daughter even getting her crayons and a coloring book to help pass the time while they worked with ordering my medical equipment and working with my insurance. Thank you both so much CVS is lucky to have employees like you

Fraser is horrible here. She was very condescending and made me feel awful about even coming in there. She wasn't even going to prescribe be anything until I asked for nausea medicine. I had been up all night in pain (I suspected bladder infection because I've had them several times in the past). All she said was that I needed to get check out "down stairs" even tho the pain was no where near there. Awful. Only reason I went is because it was the only clinic that took my insurance.
