Murphy employees call the police on people who pull into their lots to rest during rainstorms? Then they trespass them without ever interacting with them? I’ll never buy another drop of Murphy gas nor an item from their stores. Do better or go out of business and make way for more human companies!

Really good bug cleaner, and about 20 cents cheaper than competition. Hours are correct! Bathroom was clean had great water pressure too!

Easy in and out here. The gas station is clean. The store is also clean and the staff was friendly. The pump didn't give me a receipt so I had to walk in to get one after fueling. One of the staff looked for a new roll of paper to solve for the issue which was impressive to me because most places just shrug it off. I used the Walmart+ app, so I got gas for 10¢ less than what is posted on the sign. I'd come back here again.

I came to this store on Saturday April 6, 2025, to purchase gas and I said I wanted 25 dollars on pump 10 she seen I had a hundred dollar bill and told me that she didn’t have change to give me back because she had just gave another customer 90 dollars back and she probably could give me fifty dollars back. Well! I was trying to tell her I wasn’t finished that I wanted other items but she wasn’t listening to the customer. Finally she stop talking about what she didn’t have in her register and heard what I wanted. I added two packs of cigarettes and bought lottery. This lady name is Shirley Woods and she wasn’t very friendly at all nor did she show good customer service like she should. I don’t live in Macon but I come to this Murphy a lot . Treat people how you want to be treated and your job will be better! Especially when they’re supporting this business.

Dirty parking lot. Trash rolling around everywhere. They need to put the prices for the donuts up. I got like 7 cost me $14.00. Mo refund even though I never left the store.

Decent gas prices. Bathrooms filthy. Limited selection of sodas. They didn’t have Coke Zero. Boooo.A lot of the shelves were empty or almost empty. Curiously enough they had a HUGE selections of Reeses. Weird!!

On April 19th I went to Murphy Express on Gray highway in Macon Georgia the cashier I was very rude I placed $20 on the counter and I asked for $20 on pump number four as I turned to leave she told me I needed to come back and place the money in her hand which I did she then told me that I needed to take my business elsewhere that she would not service me I had done nothing but place the money on the counter as I always had for nearly 50yrs. I did leave and went to another gas station place the 20 on the counter and ask for gas on the pump the cashier said thank you have a nice day.I then left and did a review, I also contacted the corporate office, and management at Murphy Express their response was quick they were very apologetic for the employee's behavior they even offered me the gas that I had went to purchase and because of their great customer service I will still continue to be a customer at Murphy Express sometimes reviews and complaints about employees action get you better customer service all while making the business a more desirable location.
