It's great there are some nice stores and all the things in this location were nice and in good shape. Only problem is for me it's on the other side of town so I don't make it over there that often

Convenient access to high use shops. Exiting back towards Publix can be an issue on Bass Road. Hopefully it will be upgraded soon. We love all the stores here.
