Customer service personnel misstated or exaggerated their technician's abilities to perform the service I requested. What they did was unsuccessful, did not improve the artwork, and was expensive especially to have not yielded any benefit. I also had to start over and re-articulate the issue and instructions two different times. I won't bother with these people in the future.

Fantastic shop and the most wonderful lady and her sister where there. They were so welcoming, and helpful. I hope to go back- I also hope I can purchase the lovely painting I saw. Just a fantastic experience.

I have been a customer since 1978. This is one of the finest galleries in the Southeast and I can't imagine allowing anyone else to frame my family photos or any original pieces of art I purchase there or elsewhere. They also restored a family portrait painted in 1869 and it is amazing! I haven't lived in Macon since 1986, but I continue to shop there from whatever state I live in.

Family owned business with great customer service and beautiful home furnishings. Their framing services are second to none. If you want the BEST framing services for your valuable pictures, art work, etc., you can trust them completely with it to do a fantastic job.

I have been shopping st Ocmulgee Arts since 1978. The quality of their work is unmatched and the service is personal, yet very professional. You know I am loyal if I continue to visit even though I lived in Florida for 20 years and now am in Atlanta. I can't imagine anyone else framing my art and family photos!
