Came in for some new highlight bulbs. The young man behind the counter was kind and helpful. He put them in super fast and also cleaned the battery cables. Definitely will be back. I believe the gentleman’s man was Jarvis.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Jarvis who is a manager there, he is the perfect example of a fantastic employee with the best customer service. My experience there today way beyond what I normally get at other part stores. I will definitely be coming back and shopping here because of Mr Jarvis.

I am grateful for their willingness to go out of their way to assist me with my broken breaker bars... I had forgotten how painful it is to break axle bolts loose! But the staff here was very attentive and experienced to give me pointers and even take 2 of my existing broken bars and make a fully functional one for me to try! The gentleman there also let me borrow a cheater bar to assist in overcoming my battle with threaded metal... I'm definitely returning!

They are always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kerry at the Vineville store for helping me out. He was friendly and patient and fixed my windshield wiper in seconds.
