This was a great company, but they substituted the product on my last order with a product that was awful and would not let me return it. Have been trying to place a new order for over 2 weeks and having issues with the website so I've left FOUR voice mails requesting a call back but not a single call received. Disappointing as we've used them for years.

This company is a total disaster! I am not a person who complains, returns merchandise or even posts review but I must proceed with this one. I ordered 2 times before from them and I had no problems. Last time I ordered it was midnight and I canceled my order right away as I changed my mind. I called and e-mailed multiple times. I also informed my credit card company that I would like to stop the payment as they did not respond to my messages. I waited and after multiple attempt to get in touch with them I opened a dispute. They charged my credit card but never even sent the merchandise and they told my credit card that I did not sent the merchandise back to them. I asked them to provide the tracking number as I have never experienced theft or missing packages....no response. I am totally disgusted by the way this company does business and I highly recommend you do not do business with them. I wish I had red other reviews. And I will even contact BBB. Do not buy anything from them!!!

Yes they took my money didn't send me my stuff and now they act like they can't give a refund and they won't refund my money when they never were supposed to order what I ordered they did it illegally they legally charged my card when they wasn't supposed to worse service I've ever had horrible they're all liars and they have no management office you can call so they just owe you around

They will take your money and not send anything!!! I placed and order a while ago. I've ordered from them for years but now it changed they took my money and never sent my order!! All attempts to contact are disabled..they are stealing people's money calls emails FB messaged all ignored. I even tried return services. Don't make my mistake!! Don't order from these thieves!!!!

Seems like these clowns have gone full scammer. I have ordered insulin syringes from them in the past without issue but placed an order 9/19/20 and it has not yet shipped. I've tried contacting them 4 times over the past 2.5 weeks via the form on their website, their "customer service" number, and the email in my order details inquiring when the item will be shipped. The "whimsical" owner must be "whimsically" opting to not work at the moment and I have no way to cancel my order. Escalated the dispute to PayPal hoping I can get a refund since they already took my money but can't be bothered to provide the agreed product (if only there was a name for that...oh yeah...stealing)

I am a diabetic and I have received items from this company many times. They have always been kind and professional. It is really nice to know especially in these difficult times t be able to support small businesses like this! Most companies these past few months have not had the capacity to answer phones directly, but they do email! Thank you for all you do! Keep going strong OTC Wholesale!

If you needed another reason to not do business with OTC, take a look at the business hours on their website; it says "subject to the whims of the owner". This is not a benchmark of professionalism. This is quite the ridiculous operation. After placing successful orders in the past, their joke of a shopping cart system from Yahoo now cites "irregularities" in the order and they, in turn, cancel the order. All while holding $120.00 hostage for 5-9 days. Also, their toll-free number seems to be a shell as all options immediately lead to various voicemails that prompt you to leave a message. This was the case at various points in a business day. I once thought OTC had the best prices, but that's actually no longer true. So, I'd like to thank the ineptitude of this business as I've found much better prices elsewhere without the outdated Yahoo shopping cart. I'd recommend you do the same and let this business die a slow, lonely death.

They charged my credit card and immediately cancelled the order. They did not refund the money. I used their website, but if you look at their amazon reviews, others note the same issue. They're just a scammer.

Placed 3 normal orders in the last year. This time, they sited "irregularities" and cancelled the order within a day. Same email, same shipping address (my house), billing matches shipping. They said I should use paypal instead of my credit card. But they still charged my credit card, and did not refund the money when they cancelled the order. I'm out $79.95 and have to dispute it with Visa now.

I purchased a twin stim ems machine that advertised it was a russian Stimulator I contacted customer support to return item a customer service agent Catherine Arguellas in regards that her device is not a russian stimulator . She sent me multiple rude email messages that i am a liar and i just don't like device . This customer service agent would not listen to me and was very unprofessional and condescending. During the return she email me several time and making threatening remarks i would not get a refund if it was not new in box . On multiple times I asked her stop contacting to me and just refund product She continued to be rude and unprofessional . On july 31st i received one last email and accusing me of being a liar and would only refund 50 percent of refund . This company has horrible customer service reviews and they will lose business if they allow her to treat people like crap .

I would not order from OTC because I odered a hypersphere vibrating ball and opened the box and tried it a couple times and it was not for me. I did not even open the box for the charger. A relative passed and I had to go out of town for a couple weeks. I emailed OTC before the 30 day period was up and said I want to return it and Catherine from OTC emailed me the link for returns. By the time I got home and packed it I was about 4 days beyond the 30 day return period and Catherine now says (on email) that they cannot return it. When I explained on email to her that I thought it was unfair because I contacted her before the 30 days was up and I included pictures to show it was in perfect brand new condition, this is what she says "Actually we were going above and beyond to accommodate you. Past 30 days is past 30 days. This is actually the same policy on Amazon marketplace. We are saddened that being upfront and truthful is such as issue for you". Catherine, I have news for you. You did not accomodate me (you just don't get it). And, what does truthful got to do with it? Do you not understand basic items? By the way, Amazon makes a lot of exceptions and I know they would have taken it back under these circumstances.

Horrible customer service from Jerry in the customer service department. I told him I never received what I ordered. He told me call the post office because we shipped it out to you. I called the post office gave the tracking number and they said the order was shipped back to OTC Wholesale. I told Jerry I would like a refund or my product. He said there's nothing I we can do it between you and the post office now...we did our part. So I've lost my money and no product received. Horrible customer service along with Catherine Arguelles with OTC saying we have done our very best and sorry it's not good enough for you. Still no product and they are keeping my money. Do not trust these crooks!
