I placed an order online for pickup, when I came into the store there was about 15 people standing in line to pick out and size jewellery. I’d told one lady I had a pickup order and was wondering if I needed to wait in line, she told me to give her a second and then walked away to help the next guest.. then another lady walked over there and I’d asked her the same question, again politely, and she very rudely told me “we need to get to the people who were here first” I thought the whole point of a pick up order was so I didn’t have to wait.. ended up having to wait over an hour for a pickup order that took all of 2 minutes to get to me.

Why do I need to wait in a line wrapped around the building for an order I placed online 3 days ago and already paid for? What’s the point of online orders if you still have to wait over an hour while people shop??!

My boyfriend went and bought me a ring and when I tried it on it didn’t fit. I am a working woman and I work 7 days a week and barely have time to do anything and today I finally have the time to get it resized but when I called they told me I couldn’t because I was 6 days over the day I was exposed to bring it in. I have spent over $3,000 there over the past 2 years but I promise you this I will never buy from this store again. And the fact that my boyfriend spent over $400 there for two items is ridiculous. And I know I’m being a little obsessive but this is how I feel.

By all means don't ever be the area and try to pick up an online order a bit early or ask do they have an estimated time (but after the 2 hours asked by the way) because you will get attitude. Specifically to whoever the person was that was there on yesterday (10/24). Outside of this, it's always a joy.

I went in to get my jewelry cleaned and I was in and out fairly quickly and the girl had initially mentioned she was giving me tarnish bags for my bracelets but she didn't and I forgot to mention it to her before leaving

If I could give zero stars I would ? such bad customer service it’s actually crazy. The manager, sales associates, etc. All terrible, it’s a shame since it’s the only pandora in the area.

This goes back to mothers day promotion free bracelet with $125 purchase my husband spent $185 the bracelet was too small they told me keep checking in and if they didn't get promotion bracelet they could exchange for same price not so spoke with Eddie at main office and it was like he copied his response from the person before I will not shop there again reeds sales pandora

Staff member was completely uninterested in helping me find a correct size or try on a bracelet. When all your bracelets have different sizes, it’s just basic customer service to assist a customer in determining the correct one to get. She didn’t even tell me what sizes were available she just asked “which one” like I know what she has. When I asked to see more items, she said yes but then barely answered any questions I had or asked me anything. I was really put off from shopping there and I left without purchasing anything.

Unorganized. Staff not knowable of product's or where to find anything. After spending the amount of money I did, I asked if my rings could be cleaned. After the sales clerk dipped them in the solution the manager told her only Pandora jewelry could be cleaned. 1) Im a paying customer , so address me. 2) after dipping my jewelry in a chemical common sense should kicked in to say clean the chemical off before handing me my rings back. I have spent and did spend way to much money with this store to be treated like that. You will never get another dime of my money because there a plenty of jewelers that would love a loyal customer such as myself and have staff competent enough to have display and implement common sense and common courtesy.

I never leave reviews, but after coming here several times (because it is the only store in this area) and getting the same aweful service is ridiculous! You enter and no one greets you, they stare as if they have no idea why you are there. The cleaning station is either not open or no solution in stock (everytime I've been to this location for just a cleaning). I purchased a bracelet as a gift and needed to swap sizes, I drove all the way to Atlanta instead of stopping here! This place is aweful, please open one in Warner Robins and shut this one down!
