STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.Look them up before you shop here. The support puppy mills, adopt dont shop. People euthanize animals every year, by you adopting you stop the profit to places like this who have no concern over animals

I've purchased several puppies from this pet store Àll were healthy happy and exactly as the owner said they would be also dishonor stands behind every word they say you will not find a more honest straightforward place of business to work with advise any and all people searching for a pet to search this place with confidence knowing that they will get exactly what they're searching for and they will get exactly what they're told they're getting also they will get all the advice they need to maintain and upkeep their animal even vet recommendations for probably one of the best vets around so to put an end to the few negative reviews I can tell you from personal experience that those people did not do like they said they were going to do and did not do like they were asked to do by the owner be honest and upfront and you can't be more satisfied

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I had gotten rats from this place and they died within a week, they were sneezing the whole car ride back. This place has no idea how to take care of animals, they have them in glass, they have boys and girls together (not neutered or anything) Asked the lady to hand me one and she picked it up by its tail. Definitely don’t recommend.

I’m not leaving this review because I dislike this store, but for awareness. I purchased a Boykin spaniel puppy on 4/29/24 and I lost her yesterday to lymphoma cancer. She was 13 months old, and started acting “sick” only two weeks ago. She was misdiagnosed because my vets refused to believe such a young dog would develop harsh cancer so fast. There is basically zero chance that this is not genetic. She declined so rapidly in less than 48 hours to the point where she was internally bleeding. Her white blood cell count was 200,000 (shouldn’t be over 17,000) and her anemia level was 14% (with the internal bleeding, so it was less than that). I’ve reached out to the store twice with only one request, which was to reach out to her siblings families. I’m not sure if they (employees and the breeders) will fulfill my requests. I’m not accusing anyone of knowing this prior to selling the puppies, but you never know. Please, if you purchased a Boykin spaniel around the time I did, get your baby checked for lymphoma!

I was pretty appalled at this store rodent care wise. I saw hamsters being kept in tiny 10 gallon tanks with nothing except a thin layer of wood shavings. I saw what seemed like several dozens of mice being kept together in such a tiny tank that they were climbing on top of eachother. A dozen large rats in a TINY tank. You charge 900$ for a puppy yet seemingly can't afford to not abuse your small animals.
Edit: Pretty obviously I'm referring to the fact that if you're consistently receiving thousands for a couple of dogs you should be able to provide SOME enrichment for your small rodents. Hamsters run for MILES at night. The bare minimum should be to provide a wheel.

They have 3 rabbits in one small cage. That is animal abuse. If you are selling rabbits, look up how to take care of one.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! Trigger warning pics included they sell sick puppies/ puppy are more likely to be full with worms. i bought a shih poo the owner lied and told me my phone number goes to a fire department i looked at my copy of the contract its correct my family friends never had an issue. bought puppy 12/28/2024 nobody had availability to take puppy in due to the holiday and being booked. i finally was able to take puppy to critters who determined puppy luckily tested negative for parvo( owner had the audacity to tell me not to say luckily) you tell me your dog is pooping blood what first comes to mind when you just got this puppy for this store. but was unfortunately tested positive for giardia( which has an incubation period of 7-14) would not show up within 48 hours when tested advised me they got it from mom. stay away lost $1400 now i have a sick puppy that my children can get his sickness the owner is not a good person will blame you that you got the puppy sick with 14 days from dirty well water or anything according to her. jokes, i always give the puppy filtered water and can puppy food. theres no way that a puppy should get this sick within a week/ 2 weeks. i waited for a call never got one i had to call and ask for the owner. very rude. stay away. cute pups but not worth the hassle

This visit was amazing because of Jeanie. She went above and beyond to help us with purchasing our chinchilla baby. She not only educated us on care and things to be cautious about, but she was very friendly and helpful getting everything we needed to have a good home for our chinchilla. We had an option to go somewhere else today to purchase one but very thankful we chose Pet Land. I would say we had a very good experience because of Ms. Jeanie's help. I would feel very comfortable to come back to this store for any help from her. Thank you!!!

I purchased a ball python on January 27th, 2024. Within the first few days of having him home, settling into his tank, I noticed a good bit of mucus in his mouth. I called Petland and told them what was going on as far as the mucus in his mouth and he wasn’t eating and they said if you can’t get him to eat you might wanna get him to a veterinarian. Now to point out he was kept in the same tank with 3 other ball pythons. I called around to a vet, took him and had him seen. He had a respiratory infection. The veterinarian said that there is no way he was as bad as he was just in the short period of time I had him. Especially with his tank being kept nearly perfect humidity/temp wise. They gave him an antibiotic shot and sent us home. Within a week later, I took him back because he is still not any better. Got another antibiotic shot. And was told at this point the vet couldn’t do anything else for him because they were not equipped to keep him. Now It’s just now been 3 weeks of having him as of yesterday and tonight he is nearly dead in his tank. I do not recommend buying a ball python from them. But something told me when I seen him that I needed to get him so I did. And I tried everything I could to help him and get him better. Between vet bills and buying him I have over 350$ in him. And he’s not even gonna make it through the night probably.
