Says open until 6pm. It's just before 3pm and they are closed. Shelves are stocked, but I guess Wednesday they are at lunch at 2:56pm.

I just left there about 30minutes ago the manager she said her name was Heather I think her attitude is nasty ,I asked when her manager would be in she there was higher manager than her .Will never shop there again

I order puppy milk for pickup. The associate says unless I have an email confirmation I could not pick up the order and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have a 1 day old puppy and in need of puppy milk. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I ended up just repurchasing the milk in store. You would think a little compassion for a sick puppy would be given.

Came in about 30 minutes from close. First thing the cashier says when we walk in is "We are about to close!" with an attitude. While we were looking to make sure we had what we needed she came from here register to tell us that we needed to make our selection and leave because they were closing soon. Again with an attitude. Still 20 minutes from close. Due to this kind of treatment I will be taking my money to a different store and not be returning.

The aquarium section was dismal. I have never seen tank water so cloudy. They had a good selection of tissue culture plants and the staff was friendly.

I kinda thought they would have a bigger selection of pet supplies. The place was decently clean tho and staff was friendly and quick to offer help.
