I’ve tried for 3 days now to schedule my redelivery and have had no success. I see the 888 number below. I have called that no less than 5 times, speaking to 5 different people. The problem is that no one can get in contact with the Macon storage center.

Super convenient being able to load at my own pace. Perfect timing on drop off and pick up...no issues whatsoever. They were where they said they would be when they said they would be! Can't do any better than that.

This was my first and last time attempting to use the PODS service. When the POD was delivered, the driver didn’t place the container correctly with the entrance facing my garage as requested. After multiple attempts to get this issue resolved, I was told that it couldn’t be corrected until my pre-scheduled pickup date, which was roughly 5 days later. Completely unhappy with the service, I decided to cancel the service altogether. Despite the immediate cancellation, I was still charged both the delivery and 1 month storage fee, which I never utilized. After multiple attempts to obtain a refund, I have been given a case number, but no one has followed up with me regarding this issue. It’s going on 2 weeks and still crickets from this company. I’ll never use this service again, and I strongly warn others as well.

DO NOT use PODS for a military move. After 16 days, over 12 calls and hours on the phone, they are incapable of providing my second weight ticket. Customer service is inefficient and completely ineffective. Try packrat or uhaul and save weeks of frustration.

PODS made our moving experience very smooth. The fact that they drop it off and you call when you're finished was nice. Very professional and friendly company employees.

I scheduled a pod to pickup my belongings on May 23rd because I had to be out of my house on May 30. They email me the 22nd to say my drop off date was moved to June 7th. I had to call customer service and was on phone for over an hour. They were able to drop off pod on 24th...and made it seem like they did me a favor.I was supposed to have pod dropped off at my new house on July 1. Took day off work and scheduled help to unload it. June 30 I get email with delivery time and it's good. Later that night I get new email saying it's rescheduled for July 6th. Spent hour on phone with customer service but I can't get a better delivery date or time. meanwhile I have no furniture in my new house and nothing to sleep on for 5 days.NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR QUALITY OF CUSTOMER CARE!!!

We moved from GA to TX and Im so glad I decided to go with PODS. It allowed me the time to sort thru my stuff and pack what I wanted, and leave the things I didn't want (for the renter). It was extremely convenient for us to have the storage unit in close proximity and operate at our own pace. It was perfect for my particular needs.After a week of filling up the POD, they came to get the unit. That was actually pretty cool and entertaining to see the equipment in action. During the time after the POD was removed, my cars were being shipped and I was able to get the house ready for my renter. Me and my son flew to TX and the POD arrived on the exact date I requested (13 days later). We emptied the POD the same day it was delivered (wasnt expecting to get done so fast). I had a pick up date scheduled for two weeks later. As requested, they arrived to pick up the POD on the agreed date.This process was more affordable than my initial plan of going with movers and packers (thinking I preferred a more hands-off approach). In all actuality, I like the fact that I was able to go thru all the stuff being shipped. The time frame of the move was all done within a month's duration, therefore I didn't need to pay for an additional month, but its great to have the option to be able to keep the storage unit in ur driveway, if we needed it longer. Also, the monthly fee is affordable compared to an off-site storage facilities.Even with the POD in place, were still able to park two cars and one large truck in the driveway and one car near the curb. We stay in a very nice HOA community and the unit was not an eyesore. We have a two car garage and standard size driveway that can only fit four cars (I ordered the unit that accommodates a 2 room pack out (I believe it was a 16x18)). FYI: I was asked if I had a lock or needed them to provide one at the time of drop off. I wasn't sure what the locking system looked like, so I opted to purchase a lock thru them. For the record, you can use any lock but its great that the price was still equally comparable to Walmart prices (so there's no price markup). Also, we didn't use any boxing or packing material the rep recommended. We jus used blankets that were coming with us anyways and found it easier to jus place items directly into the POD, stacking everything as high as possible. Smaller items where placed in used boxes we got from Walmart. I could have done a better job at securing the items so they didn't shift during transport. Boy, did they shift.Had I known it would only take one day to empty the POD, I would have requested an earlier date for pickup. I called but due to their workload, they were unable to accommodate an earlier pick up date. So my recommendation to others who DON'T want to have the POD in their driveway for a long duration, is that you should move items into your garage (like we did), and then schedule a pick up date that allows you two - three days to clear the POD.The orginal driver who dropped off the POD and the final driver who picked it up were both professional and careful when it came to our yard and property. There wasn't any contact due to COVID policies. Im not sure why anyone would have an issue with there driver, unless they initiated the conversation. They come to simply drop it off and pick it up. That's it! The company provided a window for pickup and our driver did exceed that time but any adult should understand that unpredictable traffic conditions could alter the time. Dont make plans the day your POD is dropped off or being picked up. They could arrive earlier or later than expected. If you're still (un)loading the POD the day of pick up, then shame on you for poor planning.While we considered renting a box truck and hiring movers, Im extremely happy that I went with POD. I would totally use POD in the future and I would recommend to others as well. It was a smooth, cost effective, streefree process for me and my family.

My experience was complete trash !!!!! These people are disgusting…… I informed them before booking: the services I would need… in the time I would need them… being that I was moving to a completely new state with myself and three children…it started off with customer service entering the wrong information….. if they record all calls like they say… I know that they will find that this mistake feel upon them….. then. After quoting me several different delivery dates and confirming all of them I still ended up in another state with out anything!!!! Like literally my entire life was in that pod….I ended up having to stay in a hotel…. For three days and me and my children slept on the floor for a week with none of their personal stuff…clothes toys medicine vitamins etc… I have two toddlers btw… and They said that they will reimburse you but after reaching out 5 more times no one has ever reached out to me about anything….. this was a very hard thing for my children to experience… without nothing not even a sorry…. Is disappointing and I’m highly dissatisfied with your service…. This review may not affect your company… but your company has affected more then a few life memories that supposed to be beautiful and made them regretful…. Thanks for an awful experience!

Driver today was literally the least professional person I have ever met. Acted like a literal child throwing a temper tantrum. He showed up over 4 hours before our pick up windows and I told him we were not ready for him. He gets angry and tries to threaten fees if we don’t let him take the pod early. Then he lies about our information being wrong.I eventually get the manager on the phone and he says the driver can come back later. The driver still says he’s not sure he can do this. When I am trying to talk to the driver he gets angry again and rolls up his window and drives away in the middle of our conversation. He almost hit me with his truck in the process. 0 stars. I do not recommend. I will make sure I tell everyone I know who is moving to stay away from the pods company and to give someone else their business.

Wife of a disabled veteran that was searching for the easiest way for us to move to another state with two toddlers and no support system. DID NOT GO AS PLANNED. The driver that was suppose to pick up our pod didn't arrive the day it was scheduled to be picked up. I received a phone call the end of the next business day asking why my pod wasn't ready for pick up- when I informed her it was ready, they were a no show- she said she would call me back. My pods pickup was moved an additional two days back and moved our scheduled delivery date from that Saturday to the following Wednesday with no time to reschedule the movers we paid for a Sunday unpacking. I opened a case about my experience with a customer service rep that did everything he could. The rep I was assigned to for said case, reached out by email- not by phone in the period I was promised and offered me $300. I have yet to get that refund and still do not understand why someone couldn't have reached out to me to give me ample amount of time to respond and reorganize my move.

This Company is “Horrible”..The supervisor named Jonothan out off Atlanta is completely Unprofessional and he needs classes on assuming responsibility. The driver hit my mailbox and ripped it to shreds. Jonotham ( The so called supervisor would not even take one of my 25 calls. He refused to replace it even though the driver admitted to hitting it with the delivery truck..”DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PODS”. They will destroy your stuff and not assume responsibility….By the way, it was a $60 mailbox, not a $3000 claim..They more than likely could have fixed this out of petty cash…

It was very easy to order a pod, I called and customer service was great! Delivery was very easy and was in a time frame I needed. The delivery technician was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. It was so easy to use PODS, storage right in my driveway that was secure and weather protected. The convience was great! The removal technician was also great, very friendly and professional. Deliver and pick up were at the beginning of the time frames, which was awesome! If I need another temporary storage option I will return to PODS.
