We had a new construction home with a defect on the glass sliding door. Our builder arranged for this company to come out and replace the door. They reach out and schedule a time no problem. Then proceeds to take off the door and attempt to put the new one on, but it’s the wrong size. So he spent 2 hours at our house trying to put the wrong door on and the old one back on with the help of my husband. Not sure how one man was expected to do this alone with the size and weight of the door. They say they’ll order the correct one and be in touch to reschedule. I never hear from them so I had to reach back out and was told it was ordered. That was a year ago and there was never any follow up. Not to mention my original door was harder to shut and lock after he played around with it. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Late delivery cost me more than the cheaper prices saved! Order was due Friday and it’s noon on Monday and still no lumber!! They will never get any of my business again!!
