During a recent visit to Georgia I experienced the Seafood clerk at this store as being phenomenal. She handles the customer just the way she wants to be treated and selects the seafood as if she buying it for herself. She will give you ideas how to cook what ever you select and herbs and spices to consider. In addition, she can suggest what wines to pair with your purchase. Karen is from the old school of politeness.

I HATE THIS STORE! And I truly believe they have asked people to flood the reviews with good reviews so that they could bring their rating up because a month ago it was around three stars. The employees don’t know their butt from a hole in the ground and they’re rude. I went there today and bought a few items and I wanted to do cash back. Well the cashier completed my purchase without even allowing me to do so. Children a.k.a. teenagers don’t understand adult responsibilities and why adults go to the grocery store. They just don’t get it. she then said do you want to buy a bag of chips and I’m like no I do not want to buy a damn bag of chips just to get cash back and then she’s like well there’s an ATM outside. I don’t want to go to the ATM I wanted cash back from here. That’s why I came here. I am just so sick of this store and attitudes from the employees. I swear to God they act like they’re so superior. You’re not. You work in a damn grocery store OK. You’re not superior. not at all and this is just the worst store ever. If I didn’t live next-door I wouldn’t even step foot in here but I don’t feel like driving to Kroger or Walmart for three items. But after today I’m probably just gonna start doing that because I’m so sick of this store and attitudes, the laziness and the rudeness. I doubt management will see this because I don’t think they even care. And another lady was talking about how rude they are at the deli and I agree. They are absolutely rude at the deli. So again, let me remind you that you worked in a grocery store. Lose the attitude.

It's a very clean store which is one of the reasons I buy food from their deli. I love the subway sandwiches. They are very large, delicious and affordable. The hot food seli does a great job with chicken and fish. But they do not know how to season the greens, dressing, Mac and cheese or potatoes. Those sides are horrible. Taste like hospital food. Their soups are absolutely delicious.

If you don't look rich or high class and come in hunting camo and a hoodie be prepared to be treated badly. Half the time we go in the employee's are rude, the deli is horrible and even worse they can't cut a sandwich without ruining it, and the other reviews about the deli are accurate

this is our favorite grocery store and we know where everything is on every aisle. There are times when they don’t have what we are looking for, but if we ask, they can order it and have it the next time we go. They also have delivery and curbside service. The pharmacy is great. We get all of our prescriptions still there.

A GRAND experience from MARQUIS. I just bought a sub from the deli at Publix, but the customer experience made me feel like I was purchasing a Porsche 911. MARQUIS was extremely pleasant and took so much care in his sub making. It was the kind of experience you don’t see too much anymore. Coming from a customer care job myself, I always enjoy seeing people like MARQUIS in action. Eat your heart out SUBWAY.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to eat the other half of my sub. Thanks again MARQUIS.
