Quick Update for 2024,They still have the Best service in Georgia HANDS DOWN!!!!Wes and his guys are beyond phenomenal and you couldn't ask for a more courteous and professional team than the guys at QCS. If you aren't sure they can repair something just give them a call and ask, because If you can break it they can fix it. Keep up the great work guys and I look forward to our continued business together in 2024.

I really enjoyed my experience with Quality Computers. The location was suggested to me because my personal computer wasn't reaching the log in screen. When I saw their prices, I was reluctant to do business with them but they were professional and efficient in their work.The reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is because I wish their queue was explained to me when I dropped off my computer. It took a week for me to get my computer back and their queue was explained to me the day before I received my computer. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed being a customer.

I had a great experience at Quality Computers. They knew exactly how to repair my PC and were extremely helpful. Their technicians provided a professional customer service experience and were also very informative about what exactly needed to be replaced. They were able to explain to me perfectly what was wrong.

Took waaay longer than expected (2 weeks) just to find out I need a new charging cable. People I dealt with were really friendly and courteous. I'd go back to purchase a gaming PC but not a laptop.

Unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful staff. From computers to printers, to supplies, Quality can't be beat. Their Quality Care Suite maintenance offer is money well spent and highly recommended. For totally incompetent techno folks like me, the staff at Quality keeps me up and running. Dakota with the Quality Care Suite program is absolutely amazing with his patience and explaining steps in your computer's performance. Before you buy anywhere else, please at least give this great local store a try - you'll be so glad you did!

I have never received such amazing customer service anywhere in recent memory!! The guys there, especially Carson spent hours over several days transferring my data from an old laptop and an ancient desktop to a reasonably priced refurbished laptop. I feel I owe them money for my purchase!
