Don't go here. Says walk ins are welcome but then when u go, you aren't. It makes u make an appointment on the kiosk and there may be none for the day. So you "walked in" for no reason. Horrible.

This lab and these employees have got it going on!! I was in and out in 9 minutes with my appointment. Super friendly and experienced staff made for a pleasant visit!!!!

There were no patients ;however, refused to see us stating that they no longer did walk-ins although we were allowed to check in on kiosk as a walkin.

Don’t come here unless you make an appointment. I came in for a walk in drug test for my school and when I got there no one was there. I signed in on the machine and waited about 10 minutes before someone came out and spoke to me. The lady then told me they had no available appointments for today and I explained to her that I wanted to do a walk in and I was okay with waiting. She said I would have to make an appointment and that they didn’t have any time for a walk in. She said I would just have to see if someone dropped out. I was so confused because I didn’t mind waiting but there wasn’t a single person inside. So don’t come here if you don’t have an appointment in advance.

HORRIBLE experience trying to call diagnostic center!! Why does a business forward their call options to advertisers?? This is supposed to be a medical provider line!

LaShonda was wonderful as were all the staff. The doctor hadn't sent the order and she was compassionate and helpful. I had to go back the next day and they took me right in. The blood draw was very good, too!

We have been to this office numerous times; most recently, 11.2024. The women who check us in and do our bloodwork are wonderful. The checkin process is simple at the kiosk, however, if there is an issue, the folks there are quick to offer help. After checking in, there was minimal wait to get our blood drawn, and we have always had kind, friendly, and helpful phlebotomist. Though it is best to make an appt (and it is easy to do online), if one fills in their information online, the walk-in time is minimal as well. Thank you!

So I went in for a walk in to get routine blood work done and after checking in, the lady came out and informed me they no longer take walk ins. I truly thought she was joking. I told her it was on the website and they had signs all over the place, to which she referred they “just changed the policy” and to make an appointment for today. So I sat there to make an appointment and I heard her tell someone in the back that they didn’t even have available appointments that day. Why lie to me about having them? Also called Quest and they said they absolutely do take walk-ins and that what she did went against company policy. Looking back at the reviews from MONTHS ago, apparently they like to tell others they no longer take walk-ins too. She was incredibly rude for no reason. Have another call with quest in the morning so I can further report her. Again, I would have been perfectly okay if that would have actually been policy and if you were nice about it. Don’t be rude and lie.

Tamia was great friendly and awesome and she made me feel good when she took my blood it didn’t even hurt. Thank you for good people in the world 🙏🏽❤️

The service was quick in simply for me. The Dr. performed her the task very well. Will go again for my next biometric screening next year.

Be prepared to wait over three hours. Empty waiting room and employees laughing behind the doors. I walked in at 2:30 and I was not seen because I didn’t have an appointment. Go somewhere else!

This Quest Diagnostics location was very professional, clean and efficient for the test I required. I highly recommend this location for testing requirements. I will use them again.
