If I could leave 10 stars, I would (not kidding). Brandon Haradon and Mitch gave us impeccable service. We were in Macon from out of town and our a/c compressor went out - they went above and beyond getting us back on the road within a day. Brandons’s communication and quick action was the key and Mitch worked tirelessly to get it done. Obviously, I can’t say enough about this location!

If you need any type of tire & break services, this is place to go! The staff is super friendly and will get you in and out. My family & I have taken all of our vehicles to Raffield and they’ve never let us down.

We had an emergency situation with a flat tire and two young kids. I was able to call raffield from 5 minutes away and they were ready to go with everything the moment we stepped in the door! They got us all set up, made a fresh pot of coffee, turned on a show for the kids and had legoa to keep them busy while they waited. The hospitality and kindness went above and beyond! Plus, the prices were great! Highly recommend!!

Stopped in with an issue while traveling. Worked with Brandon up front and then Rod and Justin worked on my truck. They were absolutely AMAZING. They had us back on the road in no time and completely went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! 5 STARS! 10 out of 10!!!!!!

Really good people. I traveled as a single mother from Florida, and caught a flat. Tallon was very generous, and helped me get a good tire for a good price. I am more than grateful for Tallon he was very kind, especially during a stressful time. Such a blessing!

I've been using Raffield for auto maintenance since I moved to Macon nearly 15 years ago. Roderick and the team consistently show professionalism and excellence, and I've always felt I was leaving my family's van and my car in great hands. Pricing is reasonable, and they honor the warranty on their labor/parts if anything goes wrong. I've had several really awful experiences at a certain dealership in Macon and Raffield was able to reverse the damage that the dealership wouldn't take ownership of. I've had numerous oil changes and tire replacements, along with more involved repairs, all of which have gone without a hitch. 5 stars!

Well, the folks at Raffield Tire exceeded my expectations again! I took my car in for an unknown repair and I not only did they fix it quickly, but because it was so easy they sent me on my way without having to pay.

We are from Florida passing thru Macon and found we had a nail in our tire. We saw their sign and stoped in. They IMMEDIATELY if they could help, they got me in IMMEDIATELY, and I just a few short minutes, they had everything fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
