I normally love coming to this location granted its about to close an It's the day before Easter an the lady see us, walking up an locks the door it suppose to close at 8 an she lock the door at 735 an walked away sends another lady to tell us no one is allowed in says the manager an it was a group of ladies walking up..... This was rude an unprofessional an I'm in disbelief.

Store closes early and get this the lady at the register told my boyfriend she wouldn’t pay for any of my stuff… Duh you work there the only thing you should be doing is having customer service skills and being able to count the money that’s in and out the register.. weird experience for him it was his idea to bring me there so her speaking on it was unprofessional

Employees were not attentive to customers at all . When asked if I could get assistance to get a set that was too high up they ignored me. Maybe they couldn’t hear me ,but as I was going to cash out I asked the manager about a price of a jacket which on the rack showed an additional 25% off she stated that is not correct . Well that’s what your signs says . She got rude and I left without purchasing any items and won’t be back . I’d rather go spend my money where I’m welcomed and respected !

I went to a place where the lady was about 60 years old and she treated me very badly and we were going to buy more but just because of the treatment she gave us we decided to leave the place. Terrible service with the lady.

Had a horrible experience with a manager there today... I called first thing this morning and the day manager were very nice and professional. I asked will she pull some shoes for me to pick up after work , because I came in on Saturday bought all colors so I wore them for the first day today and love them!!!!! So the day manager told me she will have my name on them and she will speak with the night manager.. so I get there after work and it were the night manager and two associates. They ignored me for one and then I asked could Someone please go check the back for me and the manager sticks her head in the door and looks back and say no I don't see them and the other associates just looking and they all kept doing shipment and did not offer any help so I have to help myself and sit the items on the counter and did not see the manager phone and she said something very nasty to me and I said I were sorry and she kept on continue to argue with me and talking rude to me and refuse to ring me up and asked the associate to do it and she told her no I will not ring her up make a long story short!!!!! I had the worse experience I couldn't ever imagine being in!!!! I will never shop there again !!! And I shop there. Once every two weeks?And I will never recommend Boone here again.. which I bragged on the shoes all-day and also came in not only I bought all colors and again,... I also bought three pair for my coworker ?

I really enjoy shopping at this Rainbow. The prices have went up a little more than what I am used to. There is no dressing room as they are using it for storage so if you need to try something on you will have to go home and make sure you can return the item before leaving the store. Overall all the staff is happy to help and they never have any bad attitudes. Thanks ladies.
