We stayed for one night last week, and unfortunately, it was far below expectations. The property is noticeably unkept and rundown, which is surprising for a hotel still carrying the Ramada by Wyndham name and a three-star rating.
The bed squeaked with every movement, the furniture was grimy, and the bench in our room had a cushion so heavily stained it was genuinely disturbing. It didnât feel clean or comfortableâtwo very basic standards a hotel should meet.
Itâs hard to reconcile this experience with the brand reputation. This location needs serious refurbishment to meet the standards Ramada guests usually expect.

Overall, would not come here again. The showers barely work, AC doesnât work in all rooms, thereâs bugs, barely anything for the âContinental Breakfast,â and no one in our group would come here again. Oh, and the mattresses are like cardboard. Some people couldnât sleep because of that and others complained of electrical outlets that didnât work. Water wasnât working upstairs so a family friend had to bathe on the shower floor. The rooms have a few dimly lit lamps. The only thing this place has going for itself is itâs proximity to the Umiya Mataji Mandir. Youâd just expect better since it was full when we were there.

Shower insert wasnt glued down. The toilet paper didnt fit on the roll. Towel rack broken and everything rusted in the bathroom. The breakfast was a joke. The lady behind the desk was rude and argumentative. Take your money and stay literally anywhere else. Waffle maker looked disgusting open molk and juice in the fridge and rhe worst biscuits ive ever had.

This place is very quiet close to food, drinks and highway. Staff give you that at home feeling away from home. Breakfast is a plus to the cool location.

What an amazing place when comparing to other low costing rooms. The rooms and restrooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast has options to choose fromâŚagain when compared to lower cost hotels. The pool was open and clean. They even have a bar. I didnât go in to stay, but did walk in to see what it was like and it was inviting. Service was exceptional and the morning clerk, well letâs just say she made it hard to leave! Location is quit and convenient. Definitely staying here when I come back in town!

An employee opened the door at 9 AM TWICE on two different stays, even though we had the deadbolt thrown and the do not disturb sign up. Roughly woke up our baby who proceeded to start screaming. Made a stammering apology and left. One time might have been a mistake, but the second time we had the do not disturb sign up and the deadbolt thrown. Walked out and saw him further down the row of rooms doing the same thing to other people
Edit in response to below: I tried to contact Wyndham customer support first, before posting this review. I was connected to an AI agent (never got to talk to a human), which told me someone would get back to me in a week. No one ever reached out to me.

I would not recommend this location. Pool was nit open. The so called continental breakfast was a gallon of milk orange juice from a gallon that had a half a cup in in since their juice machine was broke the little packaged honey buns I feel sure was from Walmart. Also they did not 8nform me that not only was my card charged the room rate they also charged me a 75 dollar deposit. This was never told to me.

Location off the highway. Receptionist very polite. I'm trying to fall asleep after driving 9 hours straight, and there is a crazy woman with a baby literally kicking my door hard, waking me and my kids up...not cool. She did it again 10 minutes later. Then she gets checked into the room next to us. Walls paper thin. She's slamming junk, yelling, baby crying. Thought she was on drugs and gonna put bullets through the walls. Called receptionist 3 times. She offered to move us to a different room or refund us at full price. Asked her to refund half. She said she had to check with the manager about that but moved us to a second floor room. Got only 2 hours of sleep. It's not worth $89. I'm pretty angry about this. Gonna wait for a refund or dispute charges since she offered to refund in full.
Update: 05/07/2025
They disputed my dispute with my credit card and refused to refund me as they said they would. Don't go here. Bunch of liars
