It was nice to have a main floor room opening to the outside to take the dog in and out.

Awesome value! Clean rooms, great shower, and breakfast is included. For 50 bucks, it really doesn't get much better.

Attempted to check-in at 2:15 pm and I was told to give her $20 and she will check me in early (45 minutes). I refused and she told me to leave the hotel and don't come back until 3pm. I wasn't allowed to remain on the premises.Noteworthy details: If you want to be hustled for cash, go to the Ramada Inn in Macon, GA, and front desk person will gladly provide a cash deal for you.

The first room I was booked in had roaches and I asked for new room. 2nd room they put me in. The toilet leaked, no hot water and the sink was clogged. I could not shower or use the restroom , not even wash my hands. Someone also hit my car there and did not get help or assistance.

If I could give this place a 0 start I WOULD. Checking in took forever just for me and my family show up to BOTH of our rooms not cleaned (bed not made) also they weren’t smoke free friendly. Both our rooms smelled terrible. As we got new rooms our room had toilet water all over the bathroom floor…needless to say we got our stuff and went to another hotel. NEVER AGAIN

It's great when you can make your own waffles from their waffle maker. Plus other snacks are available in the free breakfast

Pulling up to the hotel, we noticed 2 individuals who seemed to be tweaking on drugs near the road. The rooms look like they were recently painted, and portions of the floor recently redone. However, there was a hole in the wall where the bathroom doorknob would hit the wall, and it was stuffed with toilet paper. There was a dead roach on the floor, and when we flung it outside, we saw a live roach running around. We inspected the rest of the room inside, and as we did not find any live bugs, we stayed. There was no phone cord attached to the landline phone, and there was a cigarette burn on the linens. The burn looked old, and the sheets did look clean. We shared this information with the front desk when we checked out so they would know the issues we had.We received a phone call from the manager later that day, and he asked us what we did to the room as the staff said there were things broken a d missing. We had to explain that we didn't do anything, but we were letting the staff know about the issues. We will never stay here again.Noteworthy details: The pool was completely empty and did not look as though it was functioning. This should be fixed on the website so individuals don't think they have access to something not available.

3 miles from my dentist. Many FL hurricane evacuees, all the people who were working to get the power back on... A very busy time, but every person was under control and it was quiet for a good night's sleep. Clean rooms and grounds.Rooms: Our Pet Room was very clean except, the previous Med. Sized guest snuck in a pee by the bedspread and it was dried up on the floor. I cleaned the spot with a wet wipe and all was well.Safety: We have stayed here before and again Sept, 5th. It is off the I-75 and in restaurant and motel row and we never felt unsafe or in danger walking to a restaurant. They have security cameras.

2 times in staying there they wanted to refuse to give me my security deposit back. The only reason I got it back the first time was there was a lady that worked there who understood that they just didnt treat people right.I dont fully remember the first time but they wanted to say because I had the pet deposit that I should not get any of my regular deposit or the pet deposit back. The 2nd time that lady no longer worked there. So this is what happened my last stay.First of all they were going to charge a 100.00 deposit which was only 75 the last time I was there-I said look I dont have that but let me go and door dash a few hrs and Ill come back. Well they let me go with the 75. Ok coolIn general I dont always want cleaning or service to my room, so maybe every few days Ill put the trash outside the door or ask for new towels. Oh they made sure I gave them every last towel in my room dirty or not. So if I had one dirty towel and one clean towel and I wanted 2 more towels- Id have to give them the 2 i had. Ok I get it maybe people take towels so at this point im annoyed but like ok whatever. So forward to night before checkout. I call front desk and ask for 12 pm checkout. Guy said sure no problem. (Didnt make a note of any sort.) Next morning Im taking a shower and the owner of property comes banging {not knocking} on my door like the police and im some criminal. I get out of the shower soaking wet and go to the door and say I asked for a late checkout. He yells through the door NO!!! you didnt.I just asked the girl at the front and she said you didnt. I respond no I asked the guy last night and ok'd it. He says oh well what time you be out? 12 I say. Ok you get out at 12.yesSo then when I go to the front to check out- you have to wait for them to check your room to make sure you havent destroyed it if you want any hope of getting your money back. Since I didnt have much in way of service I had maybe 4 or 5 plastic grocery size shopping bags with garbage tied and neatly put around the garbage cans. It was not all over the floor or counters or anything. So this kid who is in his early 20s and same one who ok'd late check out comes in the lobby yelling at me " do you know how dirty you left that room? Im like theres garbage in bags next to garbage but no its not dirty. He was like well Youre not getting your deposit back. So I lost 75 dollars because the p**** thinks that picking up few bags that are not very big to put in the garbage was worth giving the customer grief and keeping my deposit. I needed that money for the rest of my travel plans. no difference. That was the WORST experience I've EVER had anywhere These people owning this property treated me like I was a criminal. Stay at your own risk

We will not go there again. The room was not very clean, was out of tissue, no clock, most of the TV channels did not work. The coffee packets were hard as a rock. It was not up to Ramada Inn standards. The price was too expensive for a room that was substandard.

The room was going for $45 total and $67.40 with taxes on each booking site. When I arrived at the hotel they charged me $87 a night and said my booking was not valid. I stayed 2 nights. I work night shift 7p-7a when I got there @7am they had pulled the sheets and emptied my room. Horrible experience I felt

Pool? Empty. Room for 4 is setup with towels for 3, ask for more from housekeeping, it must be a crime because they almost called the cops. Maybe the towels are their own personal property? Other people's hair? Everywhere. Sheets? Holes, but not too many to be pulled from use. Beds? Comfy. A/C? Works well. Lighting? Um -- austere.

The manager Shiv let us know they “do not do business with the locals”. The appliances were not well taken care of and the cleaning was not well done. We found a crushed roach in our shower along with blood spots. During check out Shiv flat out told us he “knows we are lying about how many people were in the room because his cleaning lady told him we had 4 people in the room”. I felt completely disrespected and appalled being that my friend and I are the only two people who were there the entire time. I asked him to check the cameras so he could see his cleaning lady was lying. We did not receive an apology. This is an establishment that clearly has an Indian preference of guest. We did not feel welcomed regardless of how polite we were.Safety: I did not feel safe or welcomed. We were places in a room right next to what seemed to be a long term guest who had a truck with a confederate flag sticker.
