Had a great experience with bringing my vehicle for maintenance inspection. Mark was very genuine and respectful. You do not see that a lot at car dealerships nowadays.

I left and earlier one star for my experience, however the finance manager did reach out to me at the end of a very long day so I have felt the need to give them a little credit for that. While in the end the deal I had anticipated didn’t work out for me due to a few reasons. It was approved but the communication wasn’t there to make things move but I do appreciate the effort they put forth.
…I honestly wouldn’t even leave a star if possible. I went to look at cars found a car I loved and was low balled on my trade in. I told them I loved the car on their lot but couldn’t accept the offer on trade from them. I was assured if I got a better trade in at my hometown dealership they would sell the car to said dealer. Once an agreement was made and my dealership was ready to move forward we were no longer able to get in touch with the people of riverside ford. Horrible experience from them on all accounts.

Mark in service is an exceptional guy who clearly takes pride in his job. He stays in communication with his clients and is transparent about repairs. You don't find people in the workforce like him any more. I hope Ford recognizes what I see. Ford is back on my list for repairs of my 23 fleet vehicles

Don’t go to this place I bought a car their paid my down payment signed the paperwork the next day told me I had to give it back the bank changed its mind they don’t have it together
