As usual my experience was just fine I had no problem/issues. Just wish I didn't have to spend so much money but such is life these days. My car was and continue to be in excellent condition. I trust your guys to take good care of it when service is needed/warranted. Thanks! I do have a question/concern I purchased my MKX at your Warner Robins location yet my coupons I received via mail was not honored at your Macon location but you're both Five Star dealerships, why is that ?

I am an AutoTrader shopper. I prefer to have a deal in principle in place before making the drive to the dealership. Some dealers do not want to work with you unless they can get you inside the dealership where the shell games and extended gaps in attention occur. Riverside worked with me very well and it was a seamless transaction.I want to specifically acknowledge Riverside's sales rep Duke. He was very professional and did the leg work to answer my questions, provide me with additional photos, and was NOT a high pressure salesman. Riverside should be thankful for such an outstanding representative on their staff. If I could give him 10 stars i would.

Made a 6:30 appointment to see a specific vehicle. Received a phone call and email confirming vehicle was available and my appointment. Told them on the call that I lived over an hour away and didn’t want to waste my time. Representative assured me that I would be well taken care of. Get to my appointment an hour early, and they just sold the vehicle a few hours before. I don’t expect them to hold cars, but if you know you have a customer coming in at specific time to look at a specific vehicle have the decency to call them to let them know. When I mentioned my frustration with it, they didn’t care and blamed it on their off site representative. I don’t care! You are the dealership, and you should know what appointments you have and have everything prepared for the customer. If something changes, let them know! Will never be back, and don’t waste your time.

Gage was great, fast getting to us since we were in transit. Only two concerns. Black grease all over arm rest and side of passenger seat, and we asked for steering wheel to be centered and it was not. Overall was happy.

Visiting Riverside Ford was a great experience from beginning to end. Tasha my sales rep, was very polite and took time to answer all of my questions whether it was over the phone or in person. She got me a great deal on a car the same day and was patient with me concerning the financial part. Good experience.

Bailey Holmes is an exceptional service tech. He personally worked with the mechanic to fix what could potentially be a warranty problem for me. I did not get the mechanic name but they also installed a front vanity plate mount for me in no time. I bought my car from there and will go back for all service from now on.

When I decided to purchase a truck, I called Tommy Alston and from the initial call until I took delivery of the vehicle , the entire process was seamless.Another impressive service from Riverside Ford occurred a couple of months after I had purchased my truck. I received a letter from Ford Motor Company advising of a recall . The letter stated that I would receive another letter when the part was available and I could call and schedule an appointment to have the new part installed instead, I received a phone call from Riverside Ford asking when it would be convenient for a technician to come to my home or office and install the recalledpart. A time was set for 3:00pm, the tech arrived at 2:50pm and completed the installation and was gone by 3:10pm. That's what's called exceptional customer service

The salesperson Tasha and the person responsible for the financial area are great people. The entire process was carried out as expected in a professional manner and with great attention. The only thing I need to go back to the dealership is to check the vibration that is being generated in the truck when they are in the speed range between 74 to 78 miles per hour. Which is possibly tire imbalance.

My Ford Taurus SHO had a hot coolant warning light come on out on I-475 while heading to St Louis so I pulled off..Looked up a Ford Dealership and was at Riverside first thing the next morning..They gave me priority because I was in transit ...they diagnosed the problem and was on the road again the next day..Ran perfect!Everyone there was pleasant and helpful and gave me rides where I needed to....It was probably the best place possible I could have broke down at.Thanks guys!!Tom

I purchased my new F150 remotely from Riverside Ford. I found them to be very accommodating in working with me on pricing, trade in and all of the required paperwork in advance of the vehicle pickup. When I arrived, finalizing the paperwork was quick and Duke did a fantastic job acquainting me with the vehicle and answering my questions.

My sales rep Larry Dumas and Riverside Ford’s shop foreman, Whitney, helped me with my car. I did not realize there was a recall on my car until I had a problem. They got me back on the road in short order ! Riverside Ford is a good dealership with great people !

My name is Jerry Taylor & I have a 2010 F150 with 5.4 3v that has been giving me a time so I called the service dept. and talked to Gauge about cam phasers or a complete timing job. He asked about truck mileage & everything I’ve done to it, we discussed the mileage & timing & he said $800 to $1000 per side. I said that sounds doable so he told me to bring it in & they would diagnose it for $155 & that price would come off labor. I agreed & brought it in on a Tuesday (July 25, 2023). Gauge called me on Monday (July 31,2023) & said tech recommended a new motor for $11,000!!!! He said Ford recommended that to stand behind the work on truck!! I said I couldn’t afford that & would come get my truck. When I get there I meet the tech (Noah Malcom) who said there was bad sludge build up in engine ( there isn’t, I had both valve covers off to change VVT’s just a little where engine oil refill cap is from oil being poured in while engine hot) so i asked how he knew, did he remove valve cover & he said I looked in oil fill?. So i asked Gauge what happened to timing job & he said Ford wouldn’t stand behind that (that’s what i asked for, I’m paying so why not do job) & I said we talked about that b4 I brought it in!! He said but it has 250k miles on it & I said yeah you knew that from the first phone call!! They charge me $155 had my truck a week & all they did was look in oil fill hole with a flash light!!!! Never going there again and will tell everyone to not go there!!UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM FORD! I never stated that I did cam phasers!!! I said that I did camshaft positioning sensors, plugs, changed oil & Variable Valve Solenoids! Never said cam phasers!! Cam phasers & timing is what i asked about & got a price!! Response is wrong & I shouldn’t have been charged for your shop looking in oil fill hole! I lost money for not having a truck for a week & paid $155 for a guy to tell me that it needs cam phaser or timing job, same thing I asked for when I called & came in!!! Basically I paid to have tech tell me exactly what I told Gauge!! Gauge even tried giving me another shop to go to!!

Drove over 2 1/2 hours to get here when my appointment was at 7pm made it an hour early to feel rushed out the door. Couldn't give a quote on a trade in on a Ford van because the door was off track. How do you have a mechanic shop on site and you can't tell me how much the door would cost to fix and can't get an estimate on trading. All this was discussed over the phone before asking me to come in. So I finally made the drive for nothing. It's okay my business will just go elsewhere.

I purchased a key FOB for my 2013 F150. Dealership could not cut the key, so I had to go elsewhere to have it done after paying $157 for it. After returning to Ford to have key programmed and spending almost two hours waiting, I was told they could not program it and that person who was in charge went home. I now have a useless $157 key. I have one day off a week and dont want to spend half of it waiying to get a key programed.
