I want to give this location a five star rating due to the fact that the upper management representative came in and handled my concern. I am only giving this one star rating due to two young people (teller and her colleague) who were assisting me but further steps (other options) could have handled my specific matters. I trust Robins Federal and their order of business. Which I why I’ve banked with them for years (because of their notable reputation). Every time I come to this Riverside branch, this particular person (appears) to need more customer service training. Have a smile on your face. You work with the public. You represent your company. You do your job well. And too, a smile would have been nice! (I don’t know what I may came in on prior to needing help) It’s is the very reason I spoke those words of “taking your job seriously” came out my mouth to you - Not to discredit your level of service or intellect. But to help you as a representative of your company. You did your job - well. However, it would have been nice to see a pleasant smile because people come into your business expecting a smiling face and someone being glad to assist them with their banking matters. That’s all I have to say. I don’t want to avoid coming into this location because it’s a great location right off the interstate, but you don’t want to come in the door and not feel a welcoming pleasant demeanor. As I read other reviews, I am not the only one who had this experience. And I don’t know if we are describing the same person. My experience was at 10:46am Nov. 10th, with the teller and her counterpart . Which are both beautiful young ladies. Smile more. That’s all. You make a difference in the banking world more than you know!!

If you want a bank whose ATMs never work, then this may be the bank for you. Not only are the ATMs constantly down, but the deposit cash option almost never works, at ANY branch.There is absolutely no excuse for this not working. Obviously the "managers" are too incompetent, and don't care enough about their customers, to keep the ATMs working properly.

This staff is worse than Ivey Calhoun's at their Log Cabin location.. which I didn't think was possible. Every location I've ever used for Robin's is complete garbage.

I came to this location at 4pm to get a replacement card soon as I got off work to my disappointment the location was closed this was a big inconvenience. for a bank to state they close at 5pm and to be closed before 5pm really is upsetting and very misleading this make me want to remove my funds from this location an take my business elsewhere

I been banking for a while now and this was my first time ever going into this location and I must say this was the worst experience ever. When I first entered the bank no welcoming the girl overlooked me seen me as I walked in and she was not helping anyone at the time. I also needed to speak with someone which was taking forever to do, but each office was empty. One of the ppl in the office speeded off to lunch so therefore she does not care for the members. That’s why I always go to the location downtown better and faster customer service with smiling faces. They never ignore their members.

I have been a member with this bank since I was 12 years old. I am now 30 years old. You can do the math yourself. I understand that I need a picture ID, but when I present in my passport, it was not considered good enough. The guy told me that the picture looks nothing like me. I responded I’m sorry this picture was taken over seven years ago. So not only was he rude and made me feel like he was calling me old. But he was extremely unhelpful. I have no money to go get groceries because somebody hacked my account in Robinss thankfully put a stop to the charges and cut off my card when I went in today to get a new card and presented my ID, passport, I was told that wasn’t good enough when, in the past it has been this Robins is slow and unhelpful.

Every time I try using the atm to deposit money it’s always unavailable. Why offer it and the customers could never use it. Then, on my lunch break it’s a 30 minute wait in drive thru. How do you all make it convenient for everyone? I’m thinking about changing banks….

RiIVERSIDE DRIVE BRANCH IS AWFUL! Be prepared to spend an unbelievable amount of time waiting. Your time is definitely not valued here. I only use this branch as a last resort! Slowest branch in Macon!

My husband and I have had nothing but awful experiences at this bank. The two most recent issues we've had with them have been amplified by the fact that they've happened after a major medical issue when we needed our money the most. First they put a 3 day hold on a check my mother in law wrote us because we "haven't cashed a check in over a year" even though I cashed checks from my grandmother at least twice last year for our birthdays. Just now they wouldn't cash a check from a fundraiser someone started for my husband's medical issue because the memo line includes the name of the person who organized the fundraiser. It doesn't matter that the pay to order line only includes my husband's name because the tellers seem to be on a mission to keep us from cashing checks.

The staff here is AMAZING! I just have to brag on Anthony and Kristy because they were such a joy to work with and made my first car loan experience so smooth and easy! I love that this bank was and IS looking out for my best interest, and they always have a smile on their faces while doing so. An all around amazing experience! Thankyou Anthony for being so welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly through all of my questions on credit cards, auto loans, ect… 10/10 Recommend!!!

Four tellers behind the counter and one in am office. Only need a card replacement and employees behind the counter are on cellphones and having side conversations. Only one male employee in his office handling sign ins from the tablet kiosk. Tellers speaking loudly and on cellphones behind the counter hasn't asked me and 4 other members if they needed anything or trying to help employee who has us all waiting in any kind of way.

I don't give many reviews, but RFCU has earned this star. I wish I could give them less. Customer service is not motivated to help. But the worst part entirely is it's clumsy attempts at technology. If a payment fails through no fault of your own, you shouldn't learn about it on your credit score. Not a phone call, not a text, not an email, hit my credit with it. I can't express how much I loathe this place at this moment. This is not a bank that cares about you, this is the DMV of financial services.
