We've been banking with Robins FCU for several years; we have found the service outstanding. Banking with Robins is like banking was before the mega-banks took over. Recently we purchased a home; the mortgage department was fantastic. Jason Atkinson and the rest of the team did a great job and I highly recommend. Also, no other financial institution could match their rates or low fees.

I've been a member all my life and wouldn't keep my money anywhere else. The lines do get a bit long but mobile banking usually keeps me from having to go in. Customer service has always been great for me.

Only thing about this lil bank . They don't return funds debited by other co. Once you've canceled. I found out the hard way.

These folks are BEYOND bad customer service!! I literally hate going into this bank!! I know customer service and this is TERRIBLE! I can find better customer service at McDonalds!! I would give this place a 0 star review if I could! Everyone acts like they are above you!! Little do they know who be walking into this bank!! They need to get right for sure!!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The call center representative was rude, abrupt, unconcerned, and overall not helpful. I have several accounts with Robins; I consider myself a loyal client however, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came in to open an account. Lady at the front desk asked me to sign in and I waited for twenty minutes and no line. Another person came in after me and got taken care and left before I could see anyone. I watch many people who worked there just stand around. I got fed up and left.

There should be an option for zero stars! Been trying for three days to get someone to call me back. Excuses after excuses. Thanks and I'll take my money elsewhere, that's a fact!!
