Excellent customer service. There's something for the whole family here.
Our only complaint is please have a public restroom for customers. My daughter is pregnant and we couldn't fully enjoy our shopping experience due to the fact there wasn't a public restroom.

Staff have bad attitude name tag Jamaica why at 8pm bathroom full of pee and the number 2. Back fitting room close and front fitting rooms close also. If you ask the staff a question, it is a very disrespectful tone and short. It's like she's made she's at work.

This establishment showed the utmost worst professionalism you could ever possibly ask for in any type of employee from cashier to management. I spend $200-$300 just about on a daily basis at this store and then I go in 1 day and I'm accused of stealing. For what reason I have no clue of. I guess it's because I was the only white person that was in the store at the moment. I will no longer shop any of the Ross stores just because of the staff in the Macon location
