We visited the store in Macon, GA in the mall and was severely disappointment. The store used to have a nice plus size section but based on our in-person visit on November 30th, 2024 they no longer have plus size clothes available. What does the stores decision about removing these clothes say about the store? Why would you remove this clothing when so many beautiful woman who wear larger sizes purchase this clothing? I used to but now my family and I won't shop there anymore. What a disappointing visit.

Keisha is amazing!! I called her right before my work shift because I needed some dress slacks. Not only did she help me over the phone before I arrived at the location, she knew who I was when I got to the store and had several pant options laid out in my size for me to choose from. Even with me rushing and my frustrating situation, Keisha calmed my nerves. This is the customer service I love and appreciate. Thank you, Rue, for hiring such a kind hearted woman!! Thank you Kiesh!!! Shine on, queen!! ?

The Manager was great, the store smelled amazing, clothes were neat around the entire store, nothing was out of place. The prices were good and they have new jewelry ??♥️? Her customer service was amazing and we laughed so I really enjoyed myself shopping here.
