I value privacy and Rutland Self Storage in Macon, GA delivers just that. The remote management system allows me to access my unit without being monitored by office staff. It's secure, clean, and the online support is always there if needed. A great experience for those who appreciate autonomy and discretion. Highly recommended!

What a smooth and easy process. Admin could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with when i was setting my unit up. Being able to pay on their site and set up autopay? Total game-changer!.

I must admit, I was a bit hesitant about the new technology at Rutland Self Storage in Macon, GA, but I was pleasantly surprised! I went to the facility and found a QR code that I could scan with my phone. In just a few minutes, I was able to rent a unit and schedule my move-in for the same day.I'm not usually one for all these new gadgets, but this was so simple and convenient. The staff was also very helpful over the phone when I had a question. The unit was clean, and the whole process was hassle-free.I appreciate how Rutland Self Storage has made things easy for folks like me. Highly recommended!

Transition is hard for most people. I have seen some bad reviews but I have to say my experience has been great. I had an issue and was able to work it out with the owner. Adam was very professional and could not have been nicer even when he spoke with my elderly mother. My advice is to be patient and not the kind of person that leaves bad reviews only. Good service should be commended as well. Thanks Adam.

I recently rented a unit at Rutland Self Storage in Macon, GA, and I'm quite pleased with the new management. The shift to a remotely managed facility has made things more convenient. I was able to find a unit, schedule a move-in, and pay my bill, all on line. The process was straight forward, and the facility is well maintained. Good job Rutland Self Storage.

I’ve been a customer at Rutland Self Storage in Macon, GA, for a while now, and I must say, their new mobile payment option is a game-changer! I love the convenience of being able to pay my bill right from my phone.

The new management is terrible and outsourced. There is no one at the facility any longer to assist you. They've made numerous changes, very abruptly(within 30days). I've gotten at least 20 emails from them, with mis information as well as erroneous phone calls that don't make sense(for instance, wanting to know if i still want a unit, when I've had 2 units for over a year) They apologize, but aren't able to resolve these issues. Also, my gate code was changed and I wasn't informed. Luckily, I went to unit during call center hours or I wouldn't have been able to access my unit. There's a saying, that if it ain't broke don't fix it, well these people have broken something that didn't need fixing ??♀️. I will be relocating my property bc I'm not confident that it is in the best of care.Also, they've increases the prices recently.

New management not good. They don’t answer questions and will hang up on you. There is no onsite person only by phone. Find somewhere else to save you headaches. They have your gate code and change without telling you. Just overall horrible place. I would give a negative 5 if I could

This is now online services. No one is in office. The facility isn’t expensive and it’s clean. They also include a lock inside unit incase you don’t have one yourself

New management is very aggressive and not people friendly in its correspondence and changes. I will be working to clear my storage in the near future.

Worst company to deal with since they have changed to new management. Our bank has paid the bill for the last 10 years and they consistently say they have not received it and we have to send a copy of the cleared check every time. Getting tired of dealing with them and plan to move on from this company.

Is under New Management and payments have to be made over there automated phone and I've tried for a week and still can't get my payments to process and been told someone will call me back haven't heard from anyone in 4 days. Did speak to 3 customer service people they tried to help but payment still wouldn't process my payment on 03/11. I as a customer would have liked to get notification of change of Management. There office# is answered by customer service reps if you need to talk with them they in the Philippines.
